Felt like the guy was rushing me out of there got an attitude when I asked if they had certain vape juice at the end of it I ended up just buying the first one I saw then it turned out to be expired by over a year. It’s a shame because it’s actually a nice shop. Do better

I take my friend here sometimes and she tells me how amazing it is. She told me they have the best service for loyal customers and sometimes gets discounts with her loyalty card. Definitely a business that can be trusted! 100% would go!

What a rip off! This business marks everything up by over 200%. A caliburn vape costs $50 the but you get it online for $22. Coils cost $5 a piece for the same when you can buy an ENTIRE BOX of them for what they charge for 2! The juice they sell for $30 you can get for $10!!! Not one good deal in that store, everything is a rip off, and they have horrible customer service too! Employees sit on their phones all day and figure they can rob their customers because they are all entitled NorthShore (BEEP)…. Seriously, this shop need to go OUT OF BUSINESS

This Place is a total rip off, avoid this place! They make misrepresentations about their products and charge multiple times what they are worth... they will sell you menthol or iced juice saying that it is not menthol or iced and then will not refund you when you find out it is! In addition, they charge 2 to 3 times what anything is worth! If they were going to do that, they should at least have good customer service but even that is lacking... The only thing they happen to have is a lot of menthol inventory because nobody wants it and they sell it off purchase it and is gullible enough not to read the bottle! You could not pay me to ever shop there again

They order 0MG juice and mix it up for no reason at all, it changes the color and taste, burns the coil faster and cost me more because they charge more for there juice, and the nicotine they put in, so I’ll just drive 10 mins to any one of the other vape shops in the area and buy premixed juice for almost $10 less. Edit: I feel the need to add they rarely restock on juice and there usually out of any non menthol or non “freeze” products.

Never returning. Employee was rude. He was on the phone and repeatedly acted annoyed both when I came in and any time I had questions. Very impatient and pushed me to buy a flavor quickly that I didn't think I would like, I finally gave in and just bought it. He chatted on the phone while we checked out. This juice disgusting and was overpriced. I left my juice at home and this was the only place I could make it to on lunch break.. if I wasn't desperate I would have not given money to this business.

I recently visited Smoke and was thoroughly impressed with their outstanding customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. Moreover, the ambiance was exquisite, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that enhanced the overall experience. I highly recommend Smoke for their excellent service and inviting setting.
