I don't like to have to take off my jewelry...including when I'm showering or in the pool (except for my DY watch). The cloths r wonderful, but if ur into DY, u have to get the cleaner too. It's AMAZING! I bought a pair of black onyx earrings in Cayman Island. I went to put them on and I dropped the backing. I have 2 small ?, so of course they were curious and one of them ate it. I have a couple DY earrings, but the backings were not the same. I called the DY Boutique in Oakbrook and spoke to Samantha. “I was looking for a certain retired bracelet about a month ago and contacted the Store Manager, Jeannie, via the phone and she was of great assistance to me in keeping me informed as to when the bracelet would arrive at her location. This was a good month before it would be there. She promised to notify me as soon as it came in the store and followed up when it did arrive.
