“Went to J C Penny for items for my husband. I hadn't been to a brick and mortar store in a while. I knew I would find what I was looking for and I did.? I miss that!? They need workers in these stores. The few that are there are over worked. We need love and patience. We need physical shopping. Online is ok, but I like to see and feel my merchandise. I also like being physical. It's sad how shopping has changed so much. It's become so lazy and unsafe.?”
