Had a new car stolen from here about 20 years ago and haven't been back. It looks like the mall has improved. Very busy this Christmas. I ordered a specialty product that was only available for pick up at a store in this mall, so I made the trek.

I go here a lot since it's close. The traffic management could use some work but the place is clean and the shops are good.

Went to J C Penny for items for my husband. I hadn't been to a brick and mortar store in a while. I knew I would find what I was looking for and I did.? I miss that!? They need workers in these stores. The few that are there are over worked. We need love and patience. We need physical shopping. Online is ok, but I like to see and feel my merchandise. I also like being physical. It's sad how shopping has changed so much. It's become so lazy and unsafe.?

I wouldn't waste your time at this mall, no good stores left really. Plus they have had numerous shooting and some very serious things happen in the mall and on its property. Do yourself a favor and go to Oak Brook, York Town, Woodfield, they are worth the drive. I would stay away from this place. FYI the Arcade place in the mall is a Zoo.

My son and niece both found clothes and shoes they liked in the crowded yet comfortable store. Just seeing my kids happy makes me happy. As a parent, being able to spend time with family is fulfilling. Always tell your family "I love you" and give them a hug, no matter how you choose to spend your days, weekends, etc.

I like shopping at 5 Below. They have a 20oz diet Cherry Dr Pepper. I get 2 and also a couple of Reese's Big cups. I'm a happy camper.

Amazing service and quality shoes. We were buying sandals for the kid and size was not available in the store. Very nice consultant checked for is all the places with available needed size. Absolutely recommend the store.
