Northriverside Mall is a nice mall a bit small but servers the surrounding communities. Though they have remodeled it I think they should have made move Restroom area. It still a fun hangout for the teens as I did in my teen years. Overall still a nice experience. #CHITOWN

Besides the machines malfunctioning, another thing that makes me so mad is their systems, because it doesn't make any sense at all: -1: Why would you put the whole menu out, when you have something that is not in stock?. Don't you know how to let the customers know that you are out of something: like the sign said "out of _____", cross something out from the menu, or etc.?. -2: There is only one employee working on the counter, while the other employees are talking to each other, when there is a long line of customers waiting for help. Not only to the new employees, but to all the regular employees: techs, managers, securities, corps, & etc.. They either act stupid, act like don't care, or act like they don't pay enough to help the customers. -3: To redeem the ticket points from tokens & cards on the redeem machine; we have to let an employee knows first, then wait until they told the "manager" to swipe their card on it, then we could put the cards and tokens one by one, then push finish when we are done inserting, then wait until the countdown of the ticket points to zero, and finally we can swipe our own arcade card for getting all the points. -4: Speaking of #3, why is there are one redeem machine & one card balance checking machine, when there are 4 purchasing Round 1 card machines?. Shouldn't there are 2 or more in case some people waiting in line for it, or one is broken?. -5: Even though they have redeem machine, not all cards & tokens can put it in the redeem machine. Instead, the remaining cards and tokens have to bring it to the counter, and let the employees count it for you (they are slow poke when they are doing it btw). -6: They put the total ticket points of that particular prize, but doesn't even know what is the total points of it, instead they insist the customers to go check and tell them what is the total point of the prize. (Well, why the heck you help me scan the prize when you or the computer cannot tell the total points of it?, thats idiotic!) NOTE: If there are similar things happening here again, I'll not come back here to play. I will go to play on other arcades instead. Since some arcades have lots of nice games, lots of nice prizes, lots of good food, lots of nice employees, nice system, nice customer service, and everything is nice. OR, even they don't have many nice games and nice prizes, at least they have all the food & drinks for you, employees can help you ASAP when you need one, and their systems are not annoying or confusing whatsoever. This arcade (& employees) can get lessons from other arcades, because tbh, they are 100% SUCK!

If I could give zero stars I would lane got messed up 3 different times and staff was no help so I asked for the manger and the girl at the front desk said my manger is over there so I said that's not my job to get your manger. So her manger came over and gave me a dirty look and was extremely rude off the start I explained to him my problems with the lane and he kept making excuses and saying it was my fault and getting very stern with me and then wouldent give me a refund horrible Service do not recommend coming at night

This place does not properly train the staff ,instead of training they will never greet you only ask you to do thing's they don't feel like doing and then hand you write ups when you make a mistake.The Management is disgusting and rude there is hair weave all over the place ,the employees can be found calling each other bitches and hoes in front of customers and you will definitely hear a person conversation that does not belong in a work environment.They don't change the grease in the fryers enough.They don't change the water they stick the ice cream scoops in enough .They dont make the employees wash their hands at all .They don't change gloves enough.They are not required to change gloves before preparing food to be stored in the refrigerators .You don't know how old half the food is in the walk in coolers because there are no expiration dates on half the food there.It's disgusting.Would not recommend you come to eat here.The kitchen needs to be closed down.

The service here was horrible and the manager Erica had a nasty attitude, this is my thing if your dealing wit customers make sure the attitude u have don't rub the person that's spending there hard earn money the wrong way. Starters: noise level is okay at 8pm Bar closed: not enough workers, not old enough to work the bar, manager doesn't want to help some and not all Atmosphere: just ok, a teenager's heaven. Food: I wouldn't dare. The guy didnt wasn't to give me a cup for water after the bar was closed why should I trust the food. For this establishment to be at a mall knowing it may attract many people. They are very under prepared. I felt like I was being punked. As an adult there had to be more bowling options that my family could have explored but ultimately they chose here. What a disappointment. As I clenched my imaginary pearls and check out the atmosphere I can only imagine how disappointed other singles, grandparents, and parents may have felt. I can guarantee one thing I won't be back. Ill leave this adventure to the children and teens.

Where to start. Today was supposed to be a fun day but this totally ruined the vibe. We were planning on going bowling and they said over the phone 30-60 minute wait. Nope. We get there and play the arcade games to pass time. (most of them are broken) Than after waiting for an hour we go to get food, but nope if you want food you have to wait an hour. What? We ended up leaving because it was clear that we weren't going to be able to bowl. Horrible service and employees are rude; save your time and go somewhere else.

Extremely Rude Horrible Customer Service. The Employees have very nasty attitude and angry demeanor. This was our (Party of 10) first time here and we will never return again. We encountered a number of problems and Julio is the worst employee he talked to us in such a condescending manner. Then he said we came here before and didn't pay which was a complete lie. We don't live in the area & just were looking for something all can participate in together. No one from the group of us had been here before. We paid for 2 games each and the screen went out on us 3-4 times. Another employee said are time was up only 90 minutes but we had not.

I came here tonight to celebrate my nephew's 12th birthday to enjoy some arcade fun bowling and perhaps a couple of drinks and food. I come in at 5:37 p.m. on a Thursday evening where there's not too many people here which is I believe best for us. I asked for an alcoholic beverage and then 20 minutes later we ask for another round I have four people with me they said they could not serve any alcoholic beverages any longer tonight until they have more patrons I have never heard anything like this before it doesn't make sense the bar is closed I'm leaving this place sucks

Friendly kitchen and game staff. Games were a little stingy on points. Over all, a nice place to take your kid or for some adult fun. Full bar available for adult beverages. Games for all ages. Decent food for an arcade. I saw no problems during our visit. Quite a few people bowling also.

the workers are kinda creepy at this location since they like to stare/glance a lot at us then later asked for our number and how old we are....? Tf def not professional at all and it made us super uncomfortable! We just like to mind our own business plzz. Other than that the arcade is nice but they need cuter plushies
