The employees were SUPER kind and great with their explanations of what needed to be done in addition to my oil change. One of the mechanics actually stopped me before i got in my car to tell me that a couple things were broken on my car that he had previously said were worn, and that i should get them fixed at some point but that it’s safe to drive still. I found that to be super sweet and comforting. I’ve been going here for service since before it was Zeigler and have to say, this time was probably the best customer service I’ve ever received. Great job to everyone!

Came in for a diagnosis at 9:45 for a simple issue no communication until 2:40 and they were not transparent about pricing it was a little frustrating for the worker to tell me essentially they were unable to figure out the diagnosis so the only option is to do the most expensive thing and replace the screen. Tim didn’t explain the pricing prior to dropping my car off felt like I wasted my day for them to tell me what I knew. He only explained my warranty options I currently had but no pricing and then dropped me off. The only redeeming quality was the gentleman who dropped me off.

Overall, Amanda in Service Department was great, explained things, was very helpful and kept me informed. Only bad part was having to wait so long because there's only 1 transmission person to figure what was going on with my truck. Everyone I met in service was very nice.

Tim J is the best service technician in the building. I've been to nearly all the Ford dealers in Chicagoland to get repairs done to my mustang. I've yet to come across someone who knows how to communicate with the mechanics and is able to explain even the most complex issues in the simplest way. Customer service is supreme with Tim J. I've taken my car here several times from simple fixes to complex issues with 6 check engine codes. I've never felt as if I was treated unfairly or felt like I was being scammed. The work has been done solid and I've even had the opportunity to bring it back and have things double checked. This is a late review but it's definitely a great review. I like to make sure things are consistent before I leave a honest opinion of a business. The service dept is great because of Tim J IMO.

The entire experience was amazing. My sales Rep Khaled made the process feel as stress-free as car buying can get. When we arrived, he acknowledged us but allowed us time to gather ourselves and get out the car. Greeted us and started the needs vs wants process right away. As someone in Sales myself, I can appreciate when someone is respecting my time. We ended up not going to any other dealerships and buying our new Bronco here. Thanks again Zeigler Team ??

Contacted Ford Zeigler about my bad experience I was having with my vehicle. Todd the service rep heard, understood, and assure me he will have a tech look into the issues. He offered a ride home to wait until my car was complete. Once done, I was picked up and my issues were resolved. I want to thank Todd and the service tech, you guys are amazing!I went over to Zeigler's Quick Stop for an oil change and I was very please with their service as well. Thank you Zeigler for having wonderful employees with great experience that listens and cares.

The sales service was very helpful as we showed up after 7 PM with a alternator out in my pickup and was able to assist us and give us a ride to a hotel. Although the service department made me feel like we didn't matter anymore than doing normal, everyday recall service work.

Absolutely exceptional service!!! The skid plate on my truck had broken on one side and was dragging on the ground. I have to head back home tomorrow to the Detroit area and they were able to get a replacement and have it installed within an hour. Can’t thank them enough for the incredible customer service!!!

Very professional and informative. I went to get my turn signal bulb replaced and a tire rotation and asked for an inspection of my brakes. The attendant was friendly and personable. He gave me a quote of the price of the other items he suggested and broke everything down for me. I've had some bad experiences with dealership mechanics that caused me some costly expenses and it made me lose trust in the quality of work they do. I feel here I can start to rebuild the trust again that they are giving you your monies worth and making sure it's done and done right.

The GM, Kevin, as well as my salesperson, Mauro, were very transparent throughout my entire buying experience. All staff I met on-site were very cheerful and welcoming. I made a couple follow-up calls the next day after my purchase, and everyone was super helpful. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had!

Ziegler Ford of North Riverside was very accommodating to my needs in a timely manner. Receptionist was very friendly and courteous with great customer service skills. Reassuring me and keeping me posted in regards to the mobile mechanic. My mobile mechanic was nice and pleasant giving the rain was coming down. He fixed my vehicle in a timely manner. Making me feel safe regarding my services. I will definitely be doing business with Ziegler Ford of North Riverside again. Very satisfied customer

My experience was made so pleasant and stress free with Tim the Service Advisor helping me today. He takes the time to explain what's needed, patiently listens and answered questions, and is transparent with the cost. Derick the mechanic is friendly, informative, and has my car running smoother. I am definitely returning for repairs and maintenance.

False advertisement and they act like they don’t know what was told or advertised even when you show them the ad. They don’t know who their co workers or employees are.. asked for the lady who called me and done my app. Was told they don’t know who she was and acted as tho they didn’t want to do business at all with me. I’ll say don’t waste your time cause that’s exactly what they did to me. Didn’t even bother to look at my check stubs smh! Poor customer service!
