Have had several bad experiences in Quicklane department, today stating I could not receive fordpass points since my car wasn’t registered when it clearly is and has been serviced here previously. “Nothing I can do attitude”. Most of the staff in this department always have a bad unwelcoming attitude and face.

Ive been taking my 2020 explorer there for service on trans warranty 4 times in the last year same shifting problem took it again yesterday for same problem and was told theres nothing wrong i told them to drive in traffic where shifting problem is happening was told trans tech drive car in traffic for hours but since i zero out trip odometer on vehicle they drive a few miles not hours as claimed
But they did try to sell me other services instead refused will take to other ford dealer service due to warranty specifications 4 times or more for warranty issue with same problem is considered a lemon but they wont tell you that

I had an amazing experience from start to finish at Zeigler Ford in Riverside. The team of Louie and Yasin Yasin made me feel very comfortable and were honest through the entire process. I will absolutely recommend this team and Zeigler ford to anybody looking to buy Ford in the future.

I brought my 2018 Ford Escape in for Oil Service and Rotation. I originally had an appointment to include another service as well however it was no longer needed. My advisor was Timothy Jacobs. This was my first time at Zeigler Ford and I am completely sold on this being my permanent Service location for all 3 of my Fords. Timothy was honest about everything, and I felt zero pressure for any unnecessary work. The experience I had because of Timothy has completely sold me on changing my dealership going forward to Zeigler.
