Horrible attitude and terrible communication. Got my necklace fixed here a week ago put it on this weekend and it broke already. No refund or fix total waste of money. Went up on prices and service don’t reflect

I am grateful for all that Julio's Jewelry has done to help me with my wedding band repair. They are professional, respond quickly, and are all over wonderful people to work alongside. They always provide excellent customer service, and their prices are very affordable. I've been bringing my jewelry here for over 4+ years now, and I don't trust anyone else, they never disappoint. They have two locations, so picking up and dropping off is quite convenient for me. I would strongly advise coming in to have your jewelry fixed or just to look at what they have in stock. They are a reputable company with a stellar reputation.

I don't know what happened to this place but it use be the best place to take your jewelry to get fixed and everything now they're charging horrible prices to fix jewelry $20 for a battery and horrible customer service come on man Julio what happened used to be the best

My fiance and I bought two wedding bands there. The gentleman we spoke with yesterday was really great and professional. We got matching bands The ring fit my fiance right away but not me so the gentleman said they would resize it and to pick it up today. We went today and spoke with the super nice lady. They didn't charge us anything to resize the ring and they were super duper professional, kind and nice. My fiance said he regretted not getting the engagement ring from there too as they're a great family run business but we were in my home of Canada. We both really recommend buying jewelry from this business and will go out of our way in the future to shop from there!

I've been going here for at least 18 years, mostly for watch repair and batteries. The entire crew is always helpful, friendly, and utterly professional. Repairs are well done (and warrantied!), and usually quicker than you think possible.
They've done some heavier jobs for me (resoldering of a watch lug, movement cleaning and replacement) and the prices are always very fair, with the end result being top quality. I gladly tell all my friends, family, and even people I don't like at all that there's no better place to go for jewelry repair.

Horrible service! Go to Kay’s or any other jewelry store but this one… they charge for adjustments and other services when other companies do everything for free!! Not to mention the lady gave me and my wife attitude and was smart with us when we dropped our bracelet off for adjustment and when we picked it up. We were hoping she wasn’t working when we went to pick it up because we hate having to deal with peoples nasty attitudes when we’re just trying to go about our day respectfully. Don’t go here!!

I've been coming here for a few years now and I've had no issues until I took my ring to the pawn shop I brought it from and they asked did I recently have work done to the ring. I remember getting it sized here at Julio's and cleaned they told me the stones were testing as cubic now and the ring weight was less... I also brought my chain here a few times due to it being broke I have not checked my chain yet but I will be doing so tmrw because if this place steals jewelry and replace with similar they need to be closed down and sued... people work to hard for there money and good things just to get them stolen is ridiculous.

Only come here if you want to get ripped off on pricing. Many other places nearby that offer much better servicing and pricing. Tried gouging me after doing business recently before at a much much higher rate (4x the price).They think they're smooth but they're actually just rude and greedy.

Good morning, my husband bought me a beautiful necklace on Saturday I tried to get a refund less then 24 hours but no luck I was told to get store credit but I don't want anything from your store. It felt like I was pressure to get something I don't see no refund displayed in your store it only has it so small printed on the receipt where you have to sign it was not explained to him, men don't read small prints. All I want is a refund.

I have used this company for years! However, I will NEVER RETURN AGAIN! I took my wedding ring in because one of the larger diamonds were loose and a little one was missing. I went along with the suggestion of the very nice salesperson Andrea to have all the prongs tighten to secure the diamonds. When the ring was brought out from the back it was white gold...my ring is "gold" it had to be taken back in the back and dipped in gold!!! You can only imagine how I felt when I saw my ring!!! Longer story short...I left and the small diamond was not replaced and the prongs now snags on EVERYTHING! I called and spoke to the RUDE Maria who advised a week later Andrea was no longer there ( I can only imagine why) RUDE Maria continued to talk over me as I ATTEMPTED to advise her of the situation. So I visited the store and guess what? RUDE Maria said she's the owner!!! So I couldn't wait for anyone else! All the years I've done business with them I've never seen her! She was very defensive, combative and confrontational and they do not guarantee their work! This has never been the case in the past as far as my experience. It's must be the new fancier space we're suffering for! Needless to say I'll NEVER return!
