Definitely not one to leave reviews much but I feel like this deserves a review. Lived in the area when this salon was under the old management and service was a total disappointment. Now it’s run under a new ownership and you can see how wonderful and great customer service has become, very customer professional , very clean and brand new polishes. I highly recommend anyone try this place a second time as I had lost hope before when it was under the old management. The new owners are far more experienced what customer service needs to be like . I will continue coming here with my girls anyone who needs a great nail place I highly recommend you see them.

I hardly ever leave reviews but enough is enough with this place. If I can do zero stars I would. Worst.place.ever!! Aside from not knowing what they are doing. They are beyond rude. They don't listen to what you want. And They don't even know how to take off acrylic or gel nails. They literally pry them off your nail bed not caring how painful it is instead of soaking them or filing them down with the little machine. They charge you extra for everything. I had been going here for years until they decided to sell. And it's a real shame. Linda, the former owner was great. The new people allllll of them have no idea how to do nails. I will never go back to this place again. They absolutely suck!!! Trust me Save your time, money and sanity.

Zero stars they are rude, and the products are old(expired) I was only going there because they are near my home to begin with.. allegedly the owner is on vacation for the last month and they have a brand new team working. I got a powder, Phil with a gel overlay for extra protection. by the next morning, the polish was peeling off like Barbie paint. I went back, and she insisted on doing the same color, but by the next day again, the polish was peeling badly. This time my phone back and spoke with the new manager and she told me that it was something that I was doing. because I am working from home running a wedding and event planning service and not scrubbing toilets, floors or doing dishes. It's nothing that I'm doing and I made that very clear. She told me that I am a human, so I was doing something. I've been going back-and-forth to this shop since the day that Linda opened. I prayed when I saw that it was going to be a nail salon that it was going to be a great fit for me. Unfortunately, my prayer wasn't answered.
