Terrible customer service, they treat you as if you were ordering something for free. It is the first time I have bought something in this store and it is definitely the last time... the entire staff is disgusting.

Nice variety of clothing. Very unique style of clothing as well. They had my air max vapor max though. I even see Ralph Lauren which was a surprise.

* AWFUL EXPERIENCE * *REVIEW WILL STAY UP UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED* I usually don't write reviews, but this time I had to. This goes for all the managers working at the Jimmy Jazz at North Riverside, IL. Names listed- MALCOLM SHONDA SHELBY EELIYAH On 12/30 I went to the mall to wait in line for a pair of left over Jordan 1 "Patent Bred" (555088-063). After waiting in line for two hours, they make you GUESS A SIZE on a piece of paper they write down. Instead of them letting us pick a random piece of paper they wrote down, they made us GUESS A SIZE! FOR A LEFTOVER! I guessed the right size and Malcolm proceeded to say I didn't guess the right size, although I saw the next people in line get the size I guessed... At 2:20pm, MALCOLM decides to give phone calls for 20 MINUTES, INSTEAD of letting us in at 2pm. They told us we would get in at 2pm. MALCOLM WAS TELLING HIS PEOPLE TO COME IN AFTER THE LINE WAS OVER TO BACKDOOR. On top of that, some random woman walked in right before we were let inside, and MALCOLM was trying to be lowkey about talking to her which made it even more suspicious. AKA MALCOLM TELLING HER HE HAS HER PAIR. First, what store makes people GUESS a size for LEFTOVER PAIRS?? Second, it is outrageous what MALCOLM did. I called the store later that day and MALCOLM said he misheard me and will make it right by telling the District Managerto contact me (NEVER HAPPENED). Eventually I had to go OUT OF MY WAY to get in touch with the store manager, SHONDA. She asked what they can do to resolve my problem. I said to save me a pair of Jordan 4 "Red Thunders," which came out two weeks later on 1/15/2022. She said they can't save them, which is a lie, but she said they'll save me a pair if the raffle winner doesn't come to pickup their pair in my size I asked for the in the Jordan 1's (5.5Y). SHONDA told me to call the store 15 minutes before all raffle winners must pickup their pairs. Why do I have to call, why can't they call me to come pick it up? SHADY. I called 15 minutes before to SHELBY AND EELIYAH. They said to call back in 15 minutes because they'll have my pair. So I call back 15 minutes later, they don't have it... Where did it go???? So I ASK VERY POLITELY for a different size because I should be compensated since this has been an ONGOING ISSUE. They say they can't give me any other size. THIS IS A LIE! Someone I know was at the JimmyJazz North Riverside Location that day for leftovers and told me they had a FULLSIZE RUN left over (MENS AND GS). So WHY didn't they give me MY PAIR OR offer me ANY other size to HOLD ONTO UNTIL I CAME? I should be first priority since YOU GUYS started a problem and SHOULD FIX IT by giving me the PAIR I WAS PROMISED. I go into the store later that day and talk to SHELBY. She did absolutely nothing, but lie. What SHLEBY did is, she said she'll take my number down and give it to SHONDA. That way when SHONDA comes back in town, she can contact me to talk about it and FINALLY FIX THIS PROBLEM. WEEKS GO ON AND NONE OF THEM CONTACTED ME TO FIX THIS MESS! THESE MANAGERS ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, DON'T KNOW HOW TO RUN SNEAKER RELEASES, DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, AND LOVE TO LIE. WHO TRAINS THEM? IT'S CLEAR AS DAY THEY ARE BACKDOORING. THEY LIE TO ME BY SAYING THEY DON'T HAVE MY SIZE, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PROOF THEY HAD A FULL SIZE RUN. ON TOP OF THAT, THEY DON'T EVEN TRY TO OFFER ME ANOTHER SIZE OR TRY FIXING THE PROBLEM! DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MUCH TIME I WASTED AND HOW FRUSTRATING THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS?? 0/5 IF I COULD. GARBAGE STORE. I WILL NEVER SHOP OR SPEND ANY MONEY AT JIMMY JAZZ EVER AGAIN. FIX THIS BY OFFERING ME DIBS ON AN EXCLUSIVE SHOE RELEASE OR A 50% OFF COUPON ON ANY PRODUCT(S).

I wish associates are helpful instead of just looking at you and say nothing. How do they expect customers buy if they are not trying to sale the items? Training them how to interact with customers

NO RETURNS AT THIS STORE..BCAREFUL...........First time shopping at this store, bought a pair of shoes at this location a week ago for my son. Everyone very nice trying to sell you like all the shoe stores, BUT WHYYY NO ONE TELLS YOU, not even when your paying at the register that all Jimmy Jazz stores don't make returns, and only do exchanges or store credit, wth. They saw me having problems fitting my son shoes, and the rep that helped us, didn't say a thing. Now what, well I'm obligated to go and buy something before the120 days, meaning you have to be there on the 119th day cause if you go on the 120th days you loose the money. BE AWARE!!

Terrible place, don't shop here. They do not give refunds and the information is in small print. Please be careful if you do buy anything. I will never shop here again.
