6628 W Irving Park Rd, Chicago“I have so many positive thoughts about this place I don’t know where to start. This is easily the best gym I’ve been to since I started working out in 2016. The community and staff are unmatched, truly feels like a big family. From the day I walked in seeking a membership I felt extremely welcomed. As a female it’s hard finding gyms where you feel respected and not stared at by creepy old dudes and I immediately noticed a difference in mentality here. Everyone has a mutual respect for one another, everyone reracks their weights/cleans equipment. They have some newer booty builder equipment that isn’t found many other places as well as a posing room! The ONLY reason I left was we due to relocation issues and I’m so upset I had to leave ? this gym has me contemplating an hour drive just to be back somewhere I feel happy calling home”
“All the trainers at Just Lift are beyond amazing! Everyone is well trained and knowledgeable. You call tell they care about each individual member’s performance and success.”

The workouts really push me.”

I appreciate each one of their unique styles and approaches. Classes are challenging but instructors always offer a range of options for all students and their skill levels. I started coming through class pass and then decided to become a member. Couldn’t be happier.”

All the competition equipment an athlete could look for from calibrated plates to fun gear like bands & chain Rockwell has it all. Lawrence was easy to deal with and his gym is a personification of his support of strength sports. Any gear or equipment you can need (boards for bench?) is abundant, didn't have to wait for a single item. If you're debating the trip to get there.... don't, you won't regret it. If you like jacking steel, it's the place to be in Chicago!”

Dennis was super helpful and accommodating for the few weeks that my nephew was in town. I am not a member but I would definitely join if I didn't already have a membership elsewhere. I observed the classes and they look high energy and incredibly motivating. Go check them out!”

I was previously just doing one class a week and purchased the five pack, but I decided to move forward with a membership to start going multiple times a week because of how much I’ve enjoyed the classes! All of the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and the people who attend the classes are also great and motivated to work hard. I highly recommend this gym if you’re looking to get stronger and healthier!!”

3061 S Wolf Rd, Westchester“I have been coming to this gym for a little over a year and let me say - it is filled with great members - and great management! Jeremy is the BEST! On top of being very attentive, professional, and friendly - I walked out to a flat tire in the parking lot a week ago and Jeremy not only helped out a lot, he literally rolled around on the ground and got his hands dirty helping me change it. Needless to say, people like Jeremy are rare - and employees like Jeremy are even harder to find! A great fella - he is a great representative of the gym, and the people that exercise and work there! Highly recommend! Couldn't be any better.”

“Great space. Diverse demographic. Great coaching. Personal training exceeded my expectations. Jordan Cooper is knowledgeable, patient, and a great motivator. If I were to judge Dog House based solely on my experience with him, I would say DOG House is top-notch. It is a place I would highly recommend if you are serious about fitness and belonging to a good Crossfit community. You will find what you need at DOG House CrossFit.”
“I was visiting in town for the weekend and found out in the web that they offer a day pass. The facility has the all the equipment I needed for my usual daily routine. 416 E Ogden Ave, Westmont“How does it start? With an email or a phone call. How does it end?Don’t know. Still going here six months later.Ian and Emily are AMAZING people. That’s easy enough to say, but let me back it up.I took the leap and sent an email to them that I had never really lifted weights. I mostly did cardio exercises. Ian responded promptly and set up a phone call to discuss what goes on at their gym. The first personal training session was free so I tried it.You know that thing that you eat that you can’t put down once you try some. That’s what this was like except way more expensive. It makes you stop and think, but ultimately the question you have to ask yourself is what would you pay to be HEALTHY and HAPPY each week?Ian works with you to create a workout plan that FITS WHAT YOU WANT including workouts for days when you’re at home or your regular gym. He’s there to give you ADVICE on nutrition and eating/drinking right for your goals. It’s up to you on what you decide to do and he doesn’t care whether you take his advice or not. He’s the same regardless. Scheduling is flexible and is done personally via texts. That’s right, you have contact with Ian even when you’re not working out with him and you have normal conversations. HE'S INVESTING HIS TIME IN MAKING YOU A BETTER PERSON.From a workout perspective, there are a variety of workouts that you end up doing and they will repeat. You’re there to get progressive gains over time and the only way to do that is to repeat the workouts on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. When you hit a plateau, he’ll change it up and you’ll do different workouts for a little while. At the end of each session is a random 5 minute variety of exercises that are more intense than the rest of the workout. “The Finisher” as Ian calls them. That said, I’ve never left a workout overly sore to the point where I can’t function the next day. As you do more and more workouts and they repeat, you might ask yourself “Why do I still need to come here?” “Couldn’t I do this myself now?”IT'S NOT JUST A WORKOUT. It’s life, and that’s one of the best parts is the conversations with Ian about anything and everything. Ian has been one of the most influential people in my life. This comes from discussions about future life goals, careers, philosophical questions, book recommendations, etc. The monumental change he’s made in my life from a mental perspective is something he probably doesn’t realize and something I don't know that I can ever overstate. I don’t know that everyone can expect that, but I do know that you can expect the workout you have at i.e. Fitness to be one of the highlights of your week. As I mentioned before he’s invested his time in making you a better person and he will push you to be better. He will give you that motivation to try harder when you don’t want to or think that you can’t do something. He will push you to your limits, but not push you over them.I know what you're thinking. What about Emily? While I've never worked out with her, I've been lucky enough to be at the gym when she's working out with someone or just stopping by the gym. She's a nice person who brings an energetic atmosphere to the gym with a bubbly personality albeit terrible taste in music :). It is thanks to her I have never been more nervous to lose to a six year old kid and I'm pretty sure she's the reason Ian is so great. If you've gotten this far, my RECOMMENDATION to you is to TAKE THAT FIRST FREE SESSION and then decide for yourself what you think is the best thing for you in your life.Have an amazing day!”
“I cannot say enough great things about Mercedes! She helped me get my body back postpartum and feel stronger, mentally and physically after navigating being a new mom. She fosters a sense of community at her studio, and she goes above and beyond to try and make things work for you if possible. If you want results, you have to put in the work— there is no babying, but Merced’s is the person that will push you to get there. She is worth every penny and sore muscle”

818 E Ogden Ave, Westmont“I've been a member at this location for almost 5 year now and I can not begin to say how grateful I am for this community. From the amazing staff to the challenging workouts, I look forward to coming each week and showing up for not only myself but for others. The community of people who come here are inspiring, encouraging and make me want to be better. If you have been wondering whether this type of workout is for you, IT IS! You can taylor each workout to your fitness level and feel comfortable that you will be supported by people who want to see you succeed.”

4022 N Rockwell St, Chicago“A year ago, I made the switch to Anytime Fitness, and it has been a game-changer. Unlike other large gyms where I felt like I was wasting money, I now consistently show up for my workouts and never struggle to use the equipment I need. The smaller group classes here are fantastic, and the coaches are amazing. Participating in these classes has reignited my passion for fitness.”
“Is it permanently closed?!!!? I went once and was planning on making my new main gym because it’s the only real body building gym around here and I went back and didn’t see anything there? I’m very sad if it’s closed for good wanted to train here bad trying to become pro body builder”
“Very clean and updated gym! Members understand to rerack weights. Staff is friendly. Machines are regularly cleaned. They always have towels and sanitizer bottles and deck.”
