I would give zero stars if I could but Eduardo helped me out , so the star is for him good job ed , when the old lady with the hat walked away from me and short guy with red shirt long pony tail just stood there sitting down looking at me. Is not fair that big dude was trying to help me even when he had 2 customers him self already ?. Management needs to improve A.S.A.P.

Every item comes with 24 hour return policy. I purchased saw saw only to be greeted with “oh you used the item and now you’re returning it, is that it” this is coming from the manager.

Really wish this place would stay true to their hours .. 745 doors locked. Dude looking at me thru the window. Called at 750 and the said they were closed. 8 o'clock bro . Change your hours instead of inconvenienceing you customers ... terrible experience

Don't you hate it when a business post hours of operation and then closes 15 min before said time. Make your hours til 730 if you wanna go home early. Don't False advertise saying you're open til 8 and lick your doors at 745 ... absolute garbage

Have to change my review from a 5 star to a 1 star . Apparently under new management that came with very poor customer service and lack of pawnshop experience. I have been taking my custom PC in for over a year with a 100 % pick up rate and was denied a loan for not having my own monitor which made absolutely no sense at all because we can test the PC functions and info through any screen at location thought HDMI . And instead of trying to help me it seemed like the immature employees were bent on enforcing the new policy with a horrible attitude. I do not recommend this pawnshop for new or existing customers . If I can give the less than a 1 star I would
