After our first time experiencing Divine Consign, we walked away thoroughly pleased with multiple pieces of furniture, a lamp and a neat piece of art. Not at all what we went in there looking for but that’s the fun part of shopping consignment = you don’t always know what you “need” until you see it! Thom was especially helpful during our shopping process by explaining how their consignment works, price structure, delivery, etc. We regularly browse the online store now and look forward to going back to the store more regularly.

My husband and I walked into this business and were surprised to find furniture in excellent condition and the floor layout was very nice and clean. We went in to inquire about the process of how to consign with this particular store and Tom immediately assisted us with no problems whatsoever. His customer service was excellent and he was willing to assist us with all of our questions and concerns. He made the process a very easy one. I am so glad we stopped by today. The customer service is standoff-ish. Came here to shop for a couch but I was followed around as if I didn’t belong here. I was literally watched the entire time & followed by a worker. This made me not want to purchase a couch I really liked due to feeling uncomfortable shopping with them.

I have been a loyal customer at Divine Consign for the last 7 years. I am most impressed by the spectacular furniture selection, top notch service, and affordable prices. Over 80% of the items in my house are from Divine and they all get compliments regularly. I highly recommend browsing the online store periodically for new inventory and new deals. Selling items is a breeze with their reliable pick up service. Couldn’t be happier!

So I am giving a mixed review. They do have a great selection and I truly believe in buying used if feasible. The staff at the store was great. My issue came when I was told it was likely they could consign my old sofa. The same day I bought the sofa (in fact within ten minutes after) I emailed with pictures of my current couch and I was told I'd likely have an answer within 24 hours. That was Wednesday late afternoon. Today I called and I they did get back to me. They won't take the couch, perhaps I was too honest and said every flaw, but they said they only take like knew. My couch is on par with multiple pieces I saw at their store. The main issue is now I have a couch coming with less than 18 hours and a couch to get rid of. If this issue hadn't happened I would give 5 stars, but this is a time communication issue and I was the one who had to find this out. The ppl making the decisions need to have a way of communicating with the store or it shouldn't be listed as possible. If you do not have to worry about disposing of a couch or it's for smaller accessories I do recommend the place.

A great place to shop!! They carry a wonderful assortment of furniture and accessories. They even carry some very unique items. It is fun to browse. Staff is very courteous and helpful.

Divine Consign has incredible high-end furniture pieces for incredible prices! Thom was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable and helped us confirm that an item we had our eyes on was solid wood. If you love one-of-kind pieces, this is the place for you. There are so many treasures throughout the store and the quality is a lot better than what you would find new at a lot of furniture stores these days.

I'll start my review by saying what a great shop Divine Consign is. Everytime I go in it's exciting to see the newly consigned items. They're in very good condition and often quite unusual. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. My salesman, Thom, was very easy to work with and gave me a lot of great ideas. I never felt pressured and all of the rules were explained to me before I purchased anything. He knows how to put a room together and how to add accessories, not to mention that he's fun to shop with. I'll be working with him when I come in again.

Not everyone can afford high-end furniture , but when you come into Divine Consign, you will definitely get a variety of items to choose from. Many people think new is best. But why not try a consignment piece and see the quality. I'm telling you, mid century turn, modern, eclectic, and of course high quality at the fraction of the cost? Why wouldn't you want to have a deal like this. I was on the prowl for a nice small table for the entrance of the house, and I had a great variety. Did I purchase this time? No, unfortunately, the dimensions I did see were not the ones I was in search of. That doesn't stop me from buying, of course, but I am very specific. This time around, I saw so many items that I wanted, but I couldn't be persuaded but them. Stuck to plan, stick to plan. I am sure you will find something to fit your needs, it's just a matter of looking. Enjoy your shopping and enjoy the fact that no one badgers you to buy!
