I have seen a decline over the last five years. Very frustrating in how they do services. No one is trained correctly, nor is there any process flow in the front desk or back garage operations. People who have appointments are left to their own as the shop keeps taking walk-ins and being overrun by the work.
Solution- pace what work you are allowed to do per day with walk-ins and prioritize your schedule appts. If you were a doctors office, patients would be leaving in droves. It's called resource management

A absolute nightmare, had to return to the store five times tire weights kept falling off. Took it to Discount Tire to get them rebalanced they told me one of the tires were bad and the date on the tires were almost 2 years old. Brett the manager has no business installing tires. Finally received refund. Nothing but problems, one of tire associates even said how unfairly I was treated and I quote at least you get to leave

Love Costco. I go every weekend. There's always new stuff to try out. I won't use any other paper towel or toilet paper. Their meatloaf n mashed potatoes is fire. I love it. My kids love it. My dog even loves it. It makes me want to go now n get the meatloaf.

They check memberships now. Are they going to come to family dinner and make sure everyone has a Costco card? Are they going to check memberships at the gas station. This is so dumb.

Worst Costco customer service especially from Mr Ricky and his associates. Horribly run Costco in general . Corporate would be hearing about this .

I will never buy tires here again. There are only 2 guys working in the shop at any time, and there is always a long wait. Even if you have a warranty to replace your tire, it costs around 50% of the tire cost to replace it. Even if you are getting a simple patch to your tire, it takes them hours to do it. They lose your information every time they put it into the system, and they will lose your car in their own parking lot. Absolutely not worth it!

Good location. Lots of parking and cheapest gas too. Inside is clean and well organized. Friendly quick checkout. I expect nothing less from Costco. A+

People are fu$£ing obsessed with Costco and I kind of get it. They sell everything now and are getting into the home and car industries. Costco is slowly taking over the world. Would recommend for anyone who is looking for a car, has a big family, or likes free samples and hot dogs. We've been looking for a new car the past couple months. Places offered $4k over msrp to a haggled $1k over. We heard about car deals through Costco, stole my mother in law's card to look at deals and found it was $500 under msrp with a membership. So we immediately bought a $60 annual membership and went to the partner dealership to buy the car. Most things food is in bulk so unless you can eat a $10 pound bag of onions, Costco groceries that can be used before it expires is just random items and frozen food. We got mussels there, a bunch of clementines, lobster pasta, tons of lettuce, and some other big items. Got enough toothpaste and shampoo to last us the year.Tries some free samples - pizza, dips, and quesadillas. The food area is also nice, $1.50 for a hot dog and drink. Around $4 for a massive cheesy chicken bake thing that was disgusting and delicious. We spent $60 and saved $1500 so that is obviously fantastic. Definitely look at Costco auto deals if you are looking for a car and a strange big, grocery/ department/ carnival for everyone else.

I have a love-hate relationship with Costco. I can't be in here more than a half hour without experiencing rage at the size of the carts and seemingly lack of speed of my fellow shoppers but alas, I can't stay away from the cheap(er) gas, tasty samples and solid deals. The rotisserie chickens, food court pizzas, $5 massive croissants and Kirkland brand champagne are enough to offset the cost and annoyance of being a member. Also, Costco travel is 100% where it's at. We have taken several trips via this service and have had zero issues. There's nothing like arriving in Cancun and waltzing past the massive shuttle line for CheapCarribbean and going straight over to the Costco Travel line. But for the love of all things unholy please fix this parking lot. I do not have the skills or mental fortitude to navigate it on a Saturday with any kind of reliability. Also, I miss the food court chicken ceasar salad. We never knew how good we had it until it disappeared during the pandemic, never to return.

Their brand of eyeglasses are really BAD. Yes, they are a good price for sure. But you get what you pay for the Kirkland brand is very bad. I bought two pairs from them and they both broke within a year and they do not hold their shape at all. I will never buy a pair of Costco glasses again.

This is is hands down the best Costco around. Way better than the one in Lombard where they are rude and it is way too crowded and the parking is insane. People here, customers and staff alike are nice and helpful. The store is clean and you can make your way around even when it is crowded pretty easily.

Great Costco location, well stocked and items were easy to find. The gas pumps lines are long, but do go fast. It is difficult to enter and exit this location.

I would probably try going to another Costco since I literally live between two of them. For the first time I was asked to go to the cashier instead of self check out. There was only one person checking out on the self check while there was a long line at the cashier. I did not want to wait langer than I had to. I resisted and told the young lady I would still like to do the self check out after all I'm basically doing their job. The young lady said that No and her manager Ricky did not want us do the self check out. I did not want to argue and proceeded to wait in the long line but I will most likely not come here again. I'm a big fan of Costco but their customer service and management planning does not seem good at this location.
