“This store is always kept clean and organized, even their sale section. Not only that, but the employees here are extremely well trained and kind. They always go above and beyond to be a sweet person. The store selection for guys is becoming noticeable limited but still the items are worth shopping for the price point. This place is great! Nice selection and the price are reasonable. My kids get probably half of their wardrobe there. I love their price especially when they are on sale. Everything here fits me nicely. And the clothes are stylish. Amazing place for shoppers”

“I generally sleep in "jogging pants". On my way back home from "Aldi's", I just stopped by to pick up an extra "black" pair of jogging pants. $10.00. Not bad. Everything there is organized brightly lit and easy to find. It used to be a "Sears" before I think. Lots of free parking.”

“I came here to this store to buy some clothes to give to my sister. It's her debut so I need to buy her a gift. She's so choosy when it comes to the quality of the clothes she wears. Branded clothes make her happy. Because I know that this Forever 21 is a branded clothing line so I shop here. The shop was clean and neat. The ambiance was chill. They are organized in every section of pants and top. I had a hard time choosing clothes because of the many beautiful types of clothes. The staff are not helping me and not giving me some recommendations. They are only happily talking to each other at the counter and ignore the customers. Lot of customers came but they did not greet them. They will only talk to you when you are going to pay for your clothes. It's good that I was able to choose good clothes though their customer service was bad. Maybe I will go back to the Forever 21 store but not in this mall.”
