“I came here to this store to buy some clothes to give to my sister. It's her debut so I need to buy her a gift. She's so choosy when it comes to the quality of the clothes she wears. Branded clothes make her happy. Because I know that this Forever 21 is a branded clothing line so I shop here. The shop was clean and neat. The ambiance was chill. They are organized in every section of pants and top. I had a hard time choosing clothes because of the many beautiful types of clothes. The staff are not helping me and not giving me some recommendations. They are only happily talking to each other at the counter and ignore the customers. Lot of customers came but they did not greet them. They will only talk to you when you are going to pay for your clothes. It's good that I was able to choose good clothes though their customer service was bad. Maybe I will go back to the Forever 21 store but not in this mall.”
“Great place for discounts and sales. The have lots of kids clothes and clothes for adults. Foreman mills have name brands like Nike, polo, South Pole,adidas. This department store has men and women underwear. They also have to coats hats gloves and scarfs to serve its customers during the winter. Foreman mills boast one of the best big and tall men’s collections across the whole city of Chicago. This place is a lifesaver if you are on a budget. My son is tall he’s 6’7” and they have clothes that fit him perfectly.”
