Phone Service supervisor EDDEY #009665 anyone if you are customer service oriented you would reach out, I ordered a pair of DubZeros 8.5 rd/wht/bck they were shipped, delivered and signed for to the store. I’m notified by every party that it was delivered and signed for. I get there and they say nobody signed for them. Then I call and they can’t even order me an other pair!!!! This is the second time!!!!!! You have my email, and should have number on file.

Great service I called before going to see if they could exchange some brand new shoes I had for my daughter they didnt fit her without a receipt they had told me yes. & once I went over there one of the managers Brandon greated me i explained to him that i had called and he was a great help he helped me find a shoe that was of even price match and walked me over to Breanna to explain to her that I was doing a even exchange and I walked out with the correct size shoes for daughter without a problem. THANKS BRANDON FOR BEING A GREAT HELP!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Always go in to just take a look, come out with at least 1 pair!! Service is great, every one is on top of their game!!! Staff is very friendly and helpful, one a young lady who helped us was absolutely genuine, she has a wonderful work ethic and attitude of you shop here ask if she is working you won't regret it. Very clean as well. Plenty of variety. Plenty of selection. Got what I wanted...And also used their app. I'll be back! This is my to go store for gym shoes!!!
