Earlier this year I purchased a new vehicle from Castle; this past week I had my first service appointment for this vehicle. Though I was an hour early for the appointment, the advisor allowed me to check in early.
Now a couple of years ago I had a negative experience (in my opinion, because the service wasn’t what I was used to), but this time I had a better experience.

First and foremost if I could leave zero stars I would for my experience. As a first time shopper my experience was terrible, BAD COMMUNICATION from employees. I had an appointment @9 , test drove the car , filled out paper work & spoke with the finance department just for them to stop me mid purchase and tell me some one bought the car as I was in the process of purchasing the car. The finance guy showed lack of empathy of my feelings! TERRIBLE!

Have mixed feelings bought a 2016 car you tell them you don’t want a extended warranty or the service “oil change”warranty or the gap insurance but keep pushing going back and forth to a different room leaving you kinda clueless on the numbers then you start signing papers and next thing you know it’s on there it’s my fault a as fast as their having sign the paperwork there it is that Service warranty that adds about 15 dollars to your payment x48 months good thing it’s cancelable positive they had the porters help me get the car home just have mixed feelings about it all we’ll see as time goes by
