Horrible experience there recently cashier Melissa was very inappropriate and threatened to fight me at the register after not being a handle herself together ‼️ I was with my grandmother and she was still mistreating us. I purchased new shoes from here and Ann Villa told me because I have no receipt and the fact that I paid in cash and I don’t have a phone number with Burlington I cannot return the shoes not even for store credit. I will never shop at no Burlington ever. The fact that she did this only made me purchase something else for the same price and switch the tags….however it worked and I did get my money back. Ann Villa is bad for your business please you need to get rid of her!!!!!

Cashiers are fighting for their lives in there….I sympathize with them…management needs to help them out. Two cashiers for sometimes up to 15-20 customers. Bathrooms are closed, a lady had an accident in the store. I saw he urinate in an aisle.

I almost always find what I'm looking for, sometimes the problem in this store is the checkout service, I have to wait a long time for them to charge me.

Love shopping at Burlington!!! Very disappointing selection in the shoe department. Good prices on clearance clothing. The store was very busy and is stocked with a lot of new merchandise. The jewelry department is totally dismal.

It is a store where you can get almost everything, in fact one of my favorites, last week I went to buy an item the girl at the checkout says she doesn't speak Spanish what I don't like is the way he tells you as if he speaks Spanish was a shame, the next day I returned to return the item and the same thing with another girl, I discussed it with the manager and the only boy who speaks Spanish serves as my interpreter and says that it is not their fault that they do not speak Spanish (as it is Possible that in a community where the majority is Hispanic) it doesn't bother me that he doesn't speak it but the attitude, we definitely have to change stores?

Everything was going good shopping at this location up until one of the employee that was momentarily at the fitting rooms was very disrespectful to my mother when she was stepping out demanding all the clothes before she could finish speaking to him then insulted her saying “why don’t you understand lady!“ while pulling,harassing her,and trying to snatch the clothes from her hand when she didnt move fast enough while she was trying to separate the clothes.Shes 67 and can’t move fast. She said she didn’t want the clothes anymore and he said loudly “ugh well don’t take them then!” And snatched them away from her.

Apparently, there’s no public restrooms anymore. I was told by a female employee near the restrooms that I can’t use the bathroom because it’s for employees only. So, I walked to Kohls to use their bathroom and came back to Burlington (since I was shopping with my family) just to see the female employee allowing other shoppers to use the restroom. So follow your own rules then.

It's ridiculous how shoppers can't use the restroom, I'm here spending money with my mother who happens to be a senior citizen and isn't allowed to use the restroom, been told by multiple employees that the restrooms are either close and stating they have no public restrooms. No shopper should be ever be declined to use the restroom this is not right. Higher uppers fix this issue asap!!

I just went to a third time of waiting on line for more then 20 minutes, there's always a long line, no A/C cashier have a floor fan for them only..
I had 2 items of the same price and I saw popping up a different price when she entered manually, I asked why and instead of answering my question she give me the look. Not coming back here.

The place is junky !! And apparently BLACKS are not allowed to use the bathrooms. The employee he directed me to the ladies room . it was locked a lady came out the bathroom and said “I can’t give you the code” so I asked the employee can I get the code he said no it’s only for employees, SO WHY did you say I can use it?
