If you ever need help opening accounts for personal/business make sure you ask for Nancy! She has to be one of the best bankers i know. Always willing to answer any question you might have, makes it super easy and smooth to open an account with BMO. Recommending her to family and friends 100%

Rude employees since I walked in the door teller had an attitude. 2 other branches I bank at have never given me a problem but this branch decided to have a chip so I took my money to Chase bank across the street. Not good business practice to give another small business owner a hard time or you’ll lose customers and revenue. Also the branch manager was rude as I walked out the door. This branch needs work.

I went to the bank located on 9101 Cermak Rd, North Riverside, IL 60546 on 9/6/2022 around 3pm. The tailor was Very rude. She kept asking how I am going to spend my money and tried to suggest that I should not be withdrawing cash. It is none of her business what I do with my money. I guess black people are not allowed to withdraw cash at this location. This is the only location I was mistreated. I have been with BMO over 25 years. It is a shame. She made me feel small. I was in a rush since my dad had stroke and needed to fly out out of the country to pay for his surgery. It mad me very sad.

Even though I am not with the result of my fraud investigation and I thought that two months waiting for a decision was not acceptable to inform me that my claim was not a fraud in their opinion. You can not talk to any one in the Fraud Dept.(What are they a special security bunker) and they make the decision without them contacting you personally about your fraud claim. Everyone at the North Riverside bank have always treated me and my mother (who passed 10 yrs ago) with much respect and helpfulness. Mari, Martha and Sheila are courteous and have always been there for me. BMO Harris itself is not like Harris was years ago and they (Bank itself) does not stand by its customers the same as Harris did. Though we can’t go back the Harris, I hope in the future, the Fraud Dept. can be reconstructed to better help their longtime customers.My mother was with Harris for many, many years and that is why when she passed on I continued to keep accounts at this bank. Time for a departmental overhauling of the fraud department bunker. Then again after this 2020 election, who knows what will happen on its own without the people’s choice. Thank you

Their ATM and customer service is terrible. No matter how many people are or are not in there; there will always be a wait.
