“I have been a customer of Castle Buick for many years now. Over the years, I have purchased 6 vehicles here both new and used and will continue to do so. The reason is the outstanding customer service, both in the sales and service departments and this week was just one more example. My sons' Cadillac hit a pothole while driving on the highway and his air compressors for his shocks blew out --- insurance (don't get me started) wouldn't cover any of it due to the fact that the adjustor stated no under carriage damage!!! The cost of replacement and repair over $4,000!!! I went in to pick up details of items needed and sat down with the Service Manager Dave who offered to contact GM to see if they would help out. Well, guess what, they did and now the repair is significantly less and even though there is a UAW strike and parts are difficult to get, Dave got them and fixed the Cadillac in 1 day!! Thank you again Castle Buick!!! THESE PEOPLE ROCK!!”

“I have been taking my car to Dennis at Autotek for the last 8 years now. Autotek has been in business for the last 32 years and his place is always busy with customers coming and going. The staff is incredibly friendly and explained the issues with my throttle body gasket and exhaust gas recirculation valve. Both were fixed and engine light is now off. The attention to detail and making sure the job is done correctly is how Dennis operates. The repair took about a half of a day, which was what they estimated, and the price is within market and exactly as quoted. My car has been running perfectly since the repair. The waiting area was clean and had free coffee, which was a nice touch. Should you need a used car or truck, his son, Dimitri, handles this through Chicago Max Motorsport that is on premises while you wait for your car to be serviced. Having worked with Dimitri, his communication, professionalism and timeliness with the overall experience is just quality overall! In today's challenged economy and prices of cars and repairs significantly increasing, Autotek is the place to take your vehicle for repairs and overall comprehensive service!”
