The clothing here is cheap and affordable. But also cheap in quality. The shirts after a couple washes shrink more then usual; yes I know how to properly wash clothes. The most understandably ignorant policy is that they do not allow purses/backpacks in here. My wife has one of those Gucci backpacks and I understand the type of consumers that frequent this mall; North Riverside, well let’s just say that this mall has a high occurrence of thefts. So there is plenty of profiling that goes on in these stores from employees. But back to this particular store. This policy of no bags ? is ridiculous. I trust no employee of any business to hold on to me or my spouses property. Guess what, not one store at the WoodField mall has this egregious policy. Another positive note is that the staff has always been friendly and courteous, professional and helpful.
