“Our experience was not initially 4 star but Krista turned our experience around and made it right. We called the call center and reserved a 5x10x8 at cubesmart; when we arrived we started moving in and while attempting to move our 48” shelving unit into the space we quickly realized that the 5ft unit we rented is NO where near 5ft wide!! We rented this size and expect to be provided with the amount of square footage we paid for.
Krista contacted corporate and the local store manager, Faith, and ended up moving us to another unit to meet our needs.
In the end it worked out for us and Krista was VERY helpful.
I would suggest that CUBESMART be open and honest about the ACCURATE sizes of their units, including measure to verify!

“For 3 1/2 years I had four bedroom furniture in the 30 x 10 storage unit. It was dry. I just moved to a new home and unpacking all of the items worried but I found them in the same state as nearly 4 years ago. Thank you for keeping a roof above my items Leak-free and bug-free. “Called and Jim answered the phone, Very polite and answered all my questions. Agreed to meet me and show me what was available and let me pick my own spot (RV Storage). Place is well kept and has 24 hour video surveillance, also located in a nice area. Prices are very reasonable for RV storage and Jim was very helpful.”

“I purchase storage auctions through a third party website. My experience with red dot storage was phenomenal. The initial customer support agents I dealt with were kind and professional.The auction department were transparent about sales and professional. Joel deserves a raise. Jerry/Gerry was great to work with as well.Please red dot, add the auction department to your automated tone system! Sometimes the CSA were wrong about when the auction department were available and it takes about 10 minutes to finally patch into the auction department. Having a direct line will speed up transactions and time sensitive questions.Thanks again Joel for being so awesome and kind. I look forward to working with red dot and Joel in the future!”

I only had my unit on W Lake Ave for 2 months. If I ever need to rent again, this particular location will get my business. Shanese (watch Uncle Buck! Wink, wink. I hope she sees this!) remembered me right away and said she was sorry to see me go. I know, I know... But she really made me feel valued as a customer.
