Still waiting for a refund on parts I ordered on May 4 but haven't received. I was told 2 months to ship originally. I messaged in July and was told a week. In September, I still hadn't heard anything so I called and was told it would be another 3 weeks. After a total time of 6 months, I requested a refund. Instantly the excuses started rolling in.
