“Happy to give Alwan & Sons 5 stars for their catering service! I came in less than a week before a party in which I needed good food for 20 people. I would have completely understood if it wasn’t doable, but Pat was able to accommodate me and I am so grateful! He helped me pick out the right amount of food and made sure I had everything I needed. He even brought the food out to my car and loaded everything up for me. Everything was delicious (brisket, green beans, cheesy potatoes, cole slaw)! Excellent food, excellent customer service—I was thrilled with it all and I’m so thankful. I’ll definitely be back!!”

“They're always good good product pretty much anywhere you go the only problem I had was they have a product and can't find a price they should be able to go ahead and sell it to you I had some boot socks that I wanted so bad I had gotten some years ago and they wouldn't sell them to me they refused I was very angry because I was looking for those but we don't have any more to show the prize I said I was willing to buy them for $6 they refused me and said they couldn't do that well why not that's losing money for the store that didn't make sense to me it angered me because I've been looking for these for years because I like them somebody give me some and finally found some and I still didn't get them I was very angry that was in Mount Zion Illinois (Decatur Illinois) and now I still can't find them again so I hope they do have them next year I just didn't see them until then but I'm still pretty angry about it it was not fair I was wondering if one of the people in the back wanted them or something because the woman acted like she was happy to take them away from me and take them in the back I almost said well keep it all if I can't have the socks and walked out I should have went somewhere else to get my food”

“I buy 10 pound bags of chicken quarters here. At checkout 10% is charged on every item. Example: the listing price for chicken quarters is $6.90 for a ten pound bag. At checkout an extra 10% is charged: $6.90 + 69¢ =$7.59. That is still a good deal.”
“As a walkable neighborhood option I'd give it 4 stars. The staff was friendly, they met the estimated order time Nothing was bad.It isn't a place that competes well on overall food quality (a brief trip up Wisconsin to Leonardos gets you a much better Pizza, for example). On food alone, I'd probably give 3 stars, but to have a place that offers decent, hot food, with some variety in walking distance bumps it up a star.”
“It's ok, very basic. Lots of free parking, handicap accessible. Isles are nice and wide with a friendly staff. Easy to get to with a great location in the heights. It's the only grocery store close to that location. I only bought some candy canes so I really can't speak to their produce or meat.”

My fiancé Ryan Hedges is the store manager of the new Bartonville Aldi and he great takes pride in his store, staff, and all of his customers. “Oh man do I love the Asian market! I stopped in to get some red curry base for lemongrass chicken I was making last night. Every time I stop in for just one item I walk out having purchased a dozen or more things! Great mix of traditional Asian ingredients and snacks, sweets, and beverages. If you've never been here definitely stop by with an open mind. You're bound to find something to love”

The music was awesome and the employee working the afternoon shift was a complete gentleman! I definitely recommend this place. Plus the prices are great and you can get cold single shots!”

“Beacham is a great little store and the employees are the best. I live in a wheelchair and whenever I go and buy they always bring ir to my door actually inside my door and put it where I can reach it and handle it. Really doubt if a big chain store would do that for you .Bigger isn't always better and Beechams has had that figured out for a long time. Thanks for your helpfulness and kindness ❤”
“This neighborhood is lucky to have a store like this The 2 men that run the place are honest and try their very hardest to have a good selection of everything. Of course you pay a little more for convenience and the fact it's not Walmart mark and that's what makes me happy. Great prosecution of food !”

“Love this place prices are fair and the sales are always good. If you buy what's on sale and buy Schnucks brand on other things you could hands down walk out of there with more stuff and a cheaper price than any other grocery chain. The ones that claim they have cheap prices might be on and item but when you shop as a whole they're not cheaper. I like the points rewards they have, definately my go to store”
“Friendly staff. You can get hot meals to eat there or take home- cooked there! Love baked goods. Although I got a pan of pulled pork and pulled chicken for a big gathering - driest meat I've ever had-90% of it went in the garbage-a waste of $100.00”
“My partner and I live an hour away from this store, but whenever we need to do our monthly food shopping trip this is where we go. The prices are incredible, especially if you take the time to download their app, scan the items as you buy em and clip the coupons at the end? I've seen an 180$ trip get dropped down to 150$ all because of the sales, deals and coupons. Not to mention the variety of options for literally every aisle is just outstanding. And the little robot that you can sometimes catch roaming the aisles is just too adorable.The staff are nice and helpful. The store is always clean and that includes their restrooms. Oh, and you also get money back which adds to your account and you can use the dollars you saved up and apply it to the next trip. Overall, if you're from out of state I would compare it to the equivalent of Food Lion. And that's said in a complimentary way! I moved from the South and honestly really missed the warmth and deals Food Lion offered - and with Schnucks, I finally found an appropriate replacement! So, if you're like me and trying to find that replacement this would be the one.”

“The Dollar tree on the south end on Harmon highway is one the cleanest and pleasant Dollar tree that I have been to the store looks nice and clean the people are nice that they pleasant they speak to you I enjoy going there by”
“Super friendly staff who are always willing to help. My only complaint is that it is always overcrowded with stock. The main walkways always have pallets and carts in them that you can barely walk around. There's just not enough room for everything, so displays are set up at the end of the side aisles right in the way of the main aisles. It's like dodging an obstacle course going shopping!”

“Haddad's is a small, local grocery store. It has limited choices & a little expensive. However, their deli & bakery offer fantastic varieties! Also, they carry many smaller sizes of food products for one or two people in a family.”
