Never had a problem for 17+ yrs I've lived in North Chicago until we got a new mail carrier who is apparently very LAZY and doesn't want to deliver our mail daily. The worst part is you cant complain to anyone because they don't care.

This is one of the BEST post offices yet. One worker in particular named Teresa is a great worker. Teresa does a magnificent job.

North Chicago Post Office has lost my mail and I have to depend on the answer of the mailman as to where is my missing mail is. I do not get my mail delivered when scheduled as well. It’s is extremely frustrating and the guy at the front counter is no help.Update. NCPO continues to lose my mail. Important mail. All I get is, “I’m sorry” no offers or solutions for my missing mail. I’m sick of this.

Was submitting a passport . The teller says no one at the location is trained to do it so I would have to go else where.

Employees are rude mail service is bad I get at lease two notices that my mail was returned or lost I get a lot of items threw the mail northchicago mail service is untrust wealthy and its sad but true very rude and don't care service that noting is being done about it.

I typically frequent other USPS locations due to the more limited hours at this branch. However, given the great customer service at this location, I try to work around the hours and use this branch. Everyone is always friendly and greets patrons with a smile. I have also noticed how they establish relationships with customers and often know them by name and vice versa. I was recently provided EXCELLENT service by Tondro. In addition to being friendly, he went over and beyond to assist me, including helping me find the best value for my money. He was also proactive in assessing my needs, and made suggestions without me having to ask. It is rare to find this level of customer service anymore, so I am truly grateful!

This is by far the BEST post office in Illinois. Eveeryone is so polite and extremely helpful. Everyone that works the cashiers is amazing..It feels like a family atmosphere. I would highly recommend you visit this branch if you are In the area.

I own a business a block away from this post office, I’ve been patronizing here for many years. I’m familiar with most of the front desk employees. I recently had a very pleasurable experience with Theresa, a fairly new employee. Theresa was very informative and helpful to me . She went over and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my passport renewal information was done accurate as well as correct. I came in a couple times and she assisted me. The customer service she provided was excellent.....and she’s very happy and full of joy while doing her job! She basically saved my entire day. I had a wonderful experience, next time ask for her to assist you.

Wish they had better hours for a regular working schedule. Generally pretty busy on Saturdays with one worker at the front.

Bad customer service! If someone asks you a question especially when you are working you need to speak up and not just mumble! Can't even greet or even say "have a nice day!" Horrible experience!!
