These guys were great. I used them a few years back to move from one 3BR apt to another. They were super quick, kind, and helpful during the entire process. My dad helped them with the move which made everything go by pretty fast. I will definitely recommend these guys and use them again for my next move for sure.

We moved from downtown Chicago to Lakeview in June 2018. We had the best experience with SafeHands! They were reasonable, quick and efficient, on-time (early even!) and so nice. They went out of their way to ensure that we were moved quickly (with the elevator reservations of a high-rise down) and even though we just wanted them to move our big items and furniture, they continued taking boxes and items to have a full truck to make our move easier. I cannot recommend these guys and this company enough!!!!

The best kept secret in Lake County! I needed someone to move a couple of China cabinets for me, and these young men were professional and efficient. No scratches, nothing broken. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Always on time. Very fast and efficient. The guys did a great job. Handled my items with care. They made sure everything was packed neatly in boxes and in the truck. Would definitely recommend these guys to everyone. Thank you again Safehands Movers!

I moved in Sept. All my boxes had been gone through and valuables were taken. I wondered why it took 9 hrs to move a one bedroom. They were going through my boxes on the truck. If they needed the money i would have given it. Never use them ever. I'm pursuing this further with my lawyer and the police.

Don't use this mover! I moved In Sept and soon travelled out of the country. Unpacking my boxes it was evident they had gone through my boxes removing items and taking valuables. Missing complete boxes. I understand now why it took over 9 hrs to move a 1 bedroom condo less than a mile away. They were going through my boxes on the truck. They even broke into locked cabinets looking for more stuff and didn't bother to lock them back up. Don't take your chances with them you'll regret it. I am pursuing this with my lawyer and the police.

These guys will take care of your things, but you cannot count on them being on time. I've used them twice and both times, they were at least 90 minutes late. For something where timing is as important as moving, you're better off looking elsewhere.

These guys did a great job! I moved last month from a first floor, one bedroom apartment in Lakeview to a third floor walk-up in Logan Square. Door to door it took about 3 hours, which I thought was pretty good considering all the stairs they had to go up and down multiple times. They were efficient, organized, affordable, and all around nice guys. I'd definitely recommend them for your next move.

Melvin and his crew were fantastic when we moved from Libertyville to Lincoln Park last week. They are really, really good at what they do and have a really know how to get stuff done. They are so fast! I can't recommend them highly enough - if you're looking forward a team to get the job done, call Melvin.
