Hours are wrong. Going here is the only way to get your refills. Working class is forced to take leave to get their medications which are prefilled by the main pharmacy who doesn't even give the correct amounts. Said that it was the same amount, just in a bigger bottle. They can't even do basic math. 1 small bottles is 142ml, but prescription is for 2 bottles, equalling to 284ml. Gave a big bottle that is 236ml. Where is the other 48ml??? But she said it's the same amount...... go back to elementary school to learn how to do basic math of adding/subtracting 3 figure numbers.

I showed up with my prescriptions sent electronically. They were sent before i left. I confirmed it before i left. Claimed to not have it. Called my doctor to confirm again they sent the prescription. I came back to the pharmacy about 20 minutes later and they claimed they couldn’t print new prescriptions and to come back when they open. All of this started about an hour before they closed and ended 20 minutes before they closed….

Staff is rude, there machines are down constantly. They have no more then one window open and staff is always taking a break.

The people are very rude. The hours are very inconvenient. Was in line for 2 hours and then they went on lunch. They couldn't even get my order in the system. They were so rude about it. Don't go here. Not worth the time or money. Yes I understand everyone needs a lunch. But come on cycle through.

The staff are very customer oriented and do their best to provide quality customer service. They are frequently hindered by the computer system they have to work with which causes customers to complain about long lines and slow service. When the system is up and working right, this is a nice place to get your FREE prescription drugs. Dan and Tony are super good guys.

The hours listed are wrong. The Burkey Mall opens at 0730, the Pharmacy opens at 0900. Very misleading needs to be corrected.
