“They take the same kind of care when washing my car that i do… and that’s saying something! It may seem pricey, but if you’re like me who’d rather wash it yourself than hire someone to potentially mar the finish in the process, it’s worth it. Sometimes when it’s cold or when you don’t have the time, it’s nice to have a reliable place like this.”

I was planning on external and internet car wash, but it was a rainy day. I called in to make an appointment. Yes, you need to make an appointment for details. Overhaul I think this shop is better than the one by the gas station. I will try their external next time.”
“The car had a few issues that were not told to us before we purchased it. We had to drive 3 1/2 hours from Michigan to Illinois. The back window is separated from the fabric, the steering wheel is pretty beat up for its age and there is a plug missing in the convertible top. I could live with all that but we were under the impression they were sending out for the title work. Come to find out they were just waiting for our cashiers check to clear and they sent the paperwork to us to go have to hassle with the Secretary of State. Val was a nice sales guy, though .”

“i had a great experience here! booking was easy, i was able to get an appointment only a few days out from when i called. i asked for an interior only detailing but they cleaned the outside too, my whole car looks brand new now. i took everything out of my car before bringing it in but forgot my glasses in the console and was worried they would be gone but they put them safely in the glove box for me which i also appreciated! reasonable pricing too for the great work they did!”
“This is an amazing body shop for BMWs, Mercedes, Ineos and Land Rovers. Our Land Rover had been rear ended but was still driveable. The shop was efficient, communicative and worked very hard with our insurance company (State Farm) to get claim funds to cover the entire repair. They were very detailed in their inspection and assessment report. They used new, OEM parts. We worked with Chris and were very impressed with him, especially. This shop is very high quality. We got our vehicle back immaculately detailed, inside and out. This is clearly a high-demand shop, so it took two months to get an appointment. That's just the way it is now since the pandemic. But once they had the vehicle it was repaired in less than two weeks. I hope we don't have any other collisions in the future, but if we do, we'll definitely be back.”
