I’m leaving 3 bc of how hard it is to find where to be if you’ve never been here before. Got door right after check in took like 15 mins to load.Usually don’t leave reviews but figured I’d help the next person out to be able to find this place easier than I did.Coming from 94 on Buckley rd it’s the first light before waukegan(43). You make a right and use the left entrance lane. (I’m at ap5 so yours may be different) follow road around stay right at stop sign you when you see 5 north dock shipping/receiving (DONT TURN IN) pull straight pass sign park just before docks on left and check in is on other side of dock. You’ll need license, trailer number, and license plate number. This is a high value load

Very inept staff who look to exploit their new employees. Offering minimum pay as a contractor. No benefits or anything. They use their employees and lay them off after a year or so. They even lay off permanent workers who have been working at abbvie or abbott for several years. They pride themselves in their products especially humira. They have a lawsuit against them from thousands of individuals and multiple litigations across several business endeavors. Humira has been linked to cancer and abbvie is proud of this and is proud of the fact that this product made abbvie/abbott the giant it is today. I would stay away from this place and their products completely.

Abbvie Patient Access Support in North Chicago Illinois, the customer service one stop to apply for financial assistance and to order Humira, Rinvoq, and Skyrizi. Rude, unprofessional, childish, immature, uninformed Patient Access representatives staff the phones, the supervisors are just as bad, rude, unprofessional, uninformed, crabby losers who last week were 3rd shift workers at the BK all night drive up. They messed up orders, applications, addresses, reships, and everything you can imagine, then they act rude and blame the patient when it all goes wrong. Stay away from these fools.

The management and recruitment staff for this company is terrible. They purposely recruit via temporary agencies so there is no tracking of your "application". They will have you to complete 2-3 rounds of interviewing without moving forwarding or declining. They will simply ghost you. Very unprofessional and biased. If you are looking for a specific skillset then why waste a candidate's time if you can clearly see that they are not a good fit? In the future, I wouldn't consider them for employment. I've experienced this on multiple occassions.

bad company overall. some of the companies that this one has taken over have had bad history too. would not recommend doing any business with abbvie. poor management. they lack in the research sector.

Was assigned a door, guy cuts me off n beats me to the dock. Went to let them know the situation and they still unloaded him, not sure if him being white had anything to do with it but have a strong feeling it did just calling it how it is

Doing deliveries here is a pain in the rear just to let anybody know who is doing it.
