The drive up ATM is ALWAYS out of service at this location! Never seen this problem so frequently at any other branch

If I could give negative stars I would. I waited for 30 minutes in the drive-through with my transaction. I sent a note with said transaction so it would be clear as to my wishes. ie deposit half, cash back for the rest. After finally getting my envelope back, mind you this took 30 minutes, it contained all cash, no deposit. I then sent the cash back and the attendant all but disappeared. After another 30 minutes, he came to the window and said it would be a "few more" minutes for the deposit. I said forget just send back the carrier. They have zero respect for your time and go missing for minutes on end. DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK!

I refinanced 2 houses this year through Robert Jones and had an excellent experience. Communication was great and completely transparent. Rob is a creative loan officer that offered me several options until we found one that met my needs for the properties. The first place I would go if I need to finance a loan again.

Branch management at this location (in place as of Feb 2022) should be fired. They are not aligned with Huntington core values that I have come to appreciate after so many years as a Huntington customer. Taking my business elsewhere is very easy to do.

The worst customer service I‘ve ever experienced as a customer of many banks. The manager, banker and main customer service line were not helpful, even rude, were giving wrong information and basically didn’t know what to do besides transferring me to different departments and eventually hanging up. Both the branch and the customer service were equally horrible.

Unethical and deceptive business practices. If you use this bank, watch out for Mark Dean, Geeta, and Winston Dacuycuy. I would suggest bringing an attorney when signing paperwork. They "slipped in" a document among 30 other pages when signing up for a loan that ultimately cost me $1602 in interest (and still accruing interest til the loan is paid off. They were unwilling to work towards a resolution. I am partially to blame because I did sign the paperwork they handed me without reading all 30 pages in full at the signing, but who would really do that? Use another bank if you have a choice.
