“When I lived in Mundelein this was my preferred bank. It was a bummer when I had to go to the bank on Maple, but it was only because this bank didn't have the printer to give me a new debit card. I assume because they're a smaller establishment? The employees were always very kind to me and my children (if they tagged along). Complementary coffee, water, and candy was sometimes available if there was a wait for a banker. If I ever did have an issue they were very apologetic and worked hard to resolve my problem. I know most are quick to leave negative reviews, but after moving away I miss this bank. I now frequent a Wintrust near my new residence and it can't hold a candle to this branch.”

My biggest gripe is that at the drive-in window they don't make the far left window for business transactions. Somebody simply depositing a check should use any other lane. I typically have large Bank envelopes filled with deposits for my business. And I sit in line and wait for Joe average when there are other lanes open and available that I simply cannot use. This is an inconvenience to another wise great bank to do business with.”
