“Amazing experience, as usual, at Costco. We came to purchase an inexpensive 55" set for the patio. In the process, we contemplated many high-end screens and one beautiful 100+ inch oled. We had a fun visit, did some grocery shopping, and left with the perfect tv.”
“I typically do not frequent this location, but my visit on this day was amazing. Struck a nice conversation with the employee at the jewelry counter [she was so nice], also briefly asked another employee a questio, and she quickly assisted me along with another employee next to her. Customer service Tiffany was awesome. I grabbed the wrong size of an item I had already purchased and didn't realize until I was walking out. Tiffany allowed me to go back to grab the correct size and exchange it right away. Thank you for the great experience!! ? ”

Work to home life is very well balanced. Overtime has been available. Amazing perks and bonuses. Supervisors and HR are always available and always helpful. “OTR Driver here. Delivered here. Drop Hook, went well, I got a bad trailer of course that wasn't their fault had 3 bad tires one was flat. Trailer lot in rear can be a bit tight with trailers being very close together, but doable. Ovnp-yes-okay here, had service tech come out n replace tires. Yard hostlers friendly. It's secure n gated facility, if you ovnp the gates in front are closed n locked, just notify yard hostler early for rear exiting. They open in morning, it wasn't a problem for me as I didn't leave until they were open.”

“This is in response to Tarik Cogal's false statements made below. This man called the store and immediately became irate. He called one of the female managers trying to help him a "C**T." After she refused to deal with him and rightfully so, I then got on the phone with him while he was still screaming. He was screaming so loud that the staff standing nearby could hear him. He was told by the female manager and myself that he cannot scream obscenities at our staff. He was told to calm down and speak calmly without graphic language or threats. He refused to calm down and act like a human being towards our staff. His purchase was a final sale stated multiple times. He thought harassing us while screaming obscenities was appropriate. No one deserves to be screamed at let alone insulted and threatened repeatedly. I protected myself and our staff as any decent person would. The staff at both outlet stores works extremely hard to provide the best items at the best price daily. The staff at this location goes above and beyond to help any customer. Tarik Cogal's review is completely false and he conveniently left out his horrible behavior while trying to cause harm to the business and staff.”

“Fast loading! Nice customer service once you get there they ready to help you. My apoint was 12 got there at 10:50 I check in they give me a door right away & I get out by 12:12.Don't look on the old reviews. The old reviews probably from the old manager.”
