Worse pharmacy you can ever go . My medication wasn’t ready even in 2 weeks . I called pharmacy and they said medication is ready to be picked up and when my husband went to pick up medication , the only thing they send was Covid testing kit. I called them again the next day and they said medication is still not ready . Very bad customer service . Never ever choose that pharmacy . Customer service is worse . Pharmacy technicians ignore you like you don’t even exist . I was there to pick my medication and she kept doing her own stuff for more than 10 mins without helping me out . I had to call them again and again for the help and she kept ignoring me . I can’t believe that pharmacy is still open in this area . It should shut down .

Pharmacy is extremely slow compared to the other one on Kirk. Sat in the line for 30 mins with 2 other cars.

My experience is one of frustration and dismay. I feel like Charlie from Willy Wonka, the first movie with Gene Wilder. "YOU GET NOTHING! GOOD DAY SIR! One pharmacist will contradict the other. The lead pharmacist cannot be understood, and the pharmacy techs are not the brightest. I spent 36 years in healthcare, I ran a pharmacy in the Army, and the remainder of my time rendering healthcare to disadvantaged people on the west side. After the pandemic healthcare took a dive. To the Walgreen's Board of Directors I ask: what the hell kinda place you runnin' here? And as for the dark haired manager who fired the employee in front of customers..that is not how things are done in the USA. Find some tact and drop your attitude. It is the very customers you are alienating that pay your salary.

Been waiting in line for 47 minutes now, drive thru and inside just trying to pick up a prescription. They make everyone else wait why they worked with one customer over insurance

If i could leave 0 stars, i would. This Walgreens is the worst Walgreens probably in all of North America. As i sit on hold for now 30 minutes, i chuckle thinking this isn't long for this specific location. Their service is far from prompt, nor are they polite. Often i am put on hold without anyone even answering the phone first. The drive thru service takes at least 25 minutes, usually 1 hour. I cannot NOT recommend this Walgreens any more 0/10

I’m going to start this by saying that me giving any Walgreens a three star review after recent experiences is akin to me giving pretty much any other company five stars. Due to a mistake by Rush-Copley, my ER prescriptions were sent to this location over 30 minutes from my house, and one of them could not be transferred to the CVS on my block. It took multiple phone calls and several days to actually confirm that anything was even here because the first tech I talked to told me that nothing had been called in, and then they billed the wrong insurance… But I finally got everything figured out. I am legitimately surprised that any Walgreens could be even this efficient, and this one still made multiple mistakes. The pharmacist on duty was very friendly and surprisingly helpful considering the first tech I spoke to left a lot to be desired.

Manager female with black hair was seeing another much older female employee out the store front and this older employee looked to be getting fired in front of other coworkers and customers right at the front of the store. Honestly looked like she was getting berated. This was very distrubing and im very upset. I dont feel comfortable going to this location anymore. This is so unprofessional!!!!!!!

I was in the hospital for over 24 hours with no sleep and multiple blood clots in my leg. I called and spoke to Dhaval on my way home to ensure they were processing my blood thinner medication. He was so kind and helpful. He went out of his way to ensure I had no issues with my medication. I'm so grateful for his kindness in such a vulnerable moment in my life. Thank you sir.
