BELLA far exceeded expectations! My new iphone that the corporate store in Geneva provided me with was defective and was refusing to help me telling me I had to go to Apple... even though I was in my 30 day window of the purchasing the new phone. She was able to get me a new iphone that worked perfectly within two days and installed everything perfectly! BELLA ROCKS! I have been going to this store for close to 17 years ... I'll NEVER STRAY again... PROMISE!!!
