CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT MY P.O. IN N. AURORA. THE MGR. DAVID, IS AMAZING. AND SOO HELPFUL ESPECIALLY WITH SENIORS. FOR THE PERSON WHO SAID SHE HAD TO WAIT 10 MIN. IN LINE WITH A SERVICE DOG IN HER ARMS, SHE SHOULD HAVE SET HER PLACE IN LINE SAYING TO THE PERSON BEHIND HER I'M IN LINE BUT CAN'T STAND LONG. AND THERE IS A SEAT RIGHT AT THE END THERE WHERE YOU CAN SIT. THIS IS A SMALL P.O. AND JUST BECAUSE WE ARE DISABLED THERE ARE TIMES WE REALLY DON'T NEED TO BE FIRST IN LINE. IT'S OUR TURN TO BE POLITE AND BLESS SOMEONE ELSE THAT HAS PAIN WE CAN'T SEE. HOPE THIS HELPS. THESE EMPLOYEES ARE THE BEST. AND SO ARE MOST ALL THAT COME HERE TO MAIL THINGS. WE HAVE A GREAT LITTLE TOWN OF POLITE AND HELPFUL PEOPLE I FEEL SOO GREATFUL TO LIVE IN N. AURORA. AS I AM VERY VERY DISABLED IN MANY WAYS. BUT MY HEART AND SPIRIT ARE FULL OF LOVE AND GRATITUDE FOR MY LORD BRINGIING ME TO N. AURORA 18YRS. AGO.

Carrier skips my mailbox even though it's next to all our other units' boxes. This seems like mail tampering.

Honestly the best post office ever. What makes it so? The people. The person today was the kindest most patient helpful soul ever. Thank you. It's little nice gestures and kindness that always makes the day better. And yes this was at the post office. very clean inside and everyone else waiting in line was patient too.

If you have a service animal don’t go here. Waited in line 10 mins w/service dog in arms. Get to counter to be told can’t do transaction because no pets allowed. Even service pets? Long story but in the end this facility was not very nice today. Maybe bad day. Either way, will be going to another usps location from now on.

My girlfriend and I currently visited this Postal Office to ship out her used phone. We had the phone packaged up already and taped but on the side of the box, the tape wasn't sticking so we asked the lady behind the desk to see if she possibly had tape around; considering that it is a postal office, so we could ship our package out. Unfortunately, we received very bad service from this lady. She rudely told us that they do not do that but that I could purchase tape. We only needed like 3 inches worth of tape and we did not want to spend $4 on tape where we will only be using a piece. We did not appreciate the bad service and the attitude that we received. Hopefully this does not happen to anyone else!

Great experience very friendly staff. Unlike the Post Office on Randall and Mill St in Batavia, the employees are very rude .

Clean, well-stocked, and nicely organized Post Office. Friendly and helpful staff. Ronda was very kind and helped me score some cool new PTSD-support stamps. Great selection of stamps today. Used the self-service kiosk and service desk and both experiences were ideal. Minimal wait and plenty of free parking. Everyone was masked, which I appreciate. I will definitely return to this location.

My husand was waiting all day today at home for an important mail and instead of the mailman coming over to our door, they just gave him a note stating "sorry for missing you today...." at the mail box... We live at appointment complex not at the mail box.... so there is no reason for the mailman to give him that noticed just because he or she was being that lazy especially when it comes to someone's mail! You may want to re-train your people....
