extremely poor customer service from managers Cheyenne and Arman. both were rude, dismissive and argumentative. a simple conversation over a return turned into a lecture on how long they've worked here...as if that equates to being correct ultimately an unfortunate and extremely avoidable conversation. having to prove customers wrong to feel better about your job is laughable...and to top it off...their lack of knowledge on their own computer systems was the issue to begin with.

Never too busy at this Target location, making it the best for leisurely perusing aisles. Feels a little smaller than other locations and doesn't have some of the newer updates like displays in the decor area, beauty displays, clothing sorted by brand labels, or updated fitting rooms. I don't mind too much though because sometimes it's easier to find things. The area where they store the drive-up orders has slowly expanded into the women's clothing area, so it tends to feel cramped and can be a little difficult getting through with a cart. Otherwise, the staff here are always nice and helpful, and the store itself is pretty clean. Wish there were more stores in this plaza aside from Target, I think it would draw in more business at this location.

The employee at this target is absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond to be helpful and courteous. There is always parking and it doesn't take too long to find help when you need it. I am also grateful for the number of registers as it speeds up getting out of the store. I've been shopping here for years and I always have a great experience! They have a decent selection of items and always had a variety of things. I will definitely be back for your quality products and excellent customer service. Favorite place to get groceries and necessities. Definitely recommend shopping here!

Love this target but the surrounding area needs some work! The parking lot is full of holes and there's not much to do out there besides shopping at the target...

So I went in to return my outgrown cat and jack items with receipts per Cat and Jacks 2022 warranty and return policy! Customer service turned me away stating that they only return the items if there is damage.. although I read the policy! That clearly states otherwise! I highly suggest everyone is educated on the policy and warranties of items they sell! "As of 2022, Target's one-year satisfaction guarantee allows customers to return broken, worn, or outgrown Cat and Jack clothing items and shoes within one year of purchase. You can get a full refund or exchange the item, but you will only get store credit if you're unable to prove your purchase."

I just discovered this location. I user to go to either the Randall location or naperville but this one is much closer. Clean store and staff was very helpful helped me find everything I was looking for.

Love this Target. I frequent this store nearly weekly. I really appreciate that the store is always stocked, shelves are faced, carts are clean, and staff is friendly. I walked in the other day and a lady asked me what I needed. I said I needed to go to the auto section for car soap. She knew off the top of her head the aisle number to go to. Just awesome. Thank you!

This is my favorite Target around. Friendly employees, it is always stocked, neat, and I can get there during my lunch hour at work.

Standing in line at 9:30am. 1 cashier but a million people walking the floor. It's always like this!! The target in Batavia has someone making sure the lines are kept to a minimum always directing people what line to use.

I made an online order for a laptop with the option for an in-store pick up at this location. Upon arriving I was told that my order was a "glitch" in the system and they wouldn't be honoring my order. No further explanation as to why, no offer to try and make it right, just a refusal of service despite the fact I had gotten an order CONFIRMATION just hours ago, only to be told now that it was a problem. Why wasn't it noticed when I ordered? Or when it was processed? Why, only after I had driven out to the store, was it then deemed a "glitch"? The girl at the counter only offered a meek "sorry, there's nothing we can do." and I left without my order. I'd give this whole company a 0 star review if i could. From now on, I will be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same.

This is my go to Target for everyday house goods. It's not overly crowded, except for during the main holidays and sometimes weekends The staff is helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking, shelves are always stocked, download the cartwheel app and you can save on loads, also checkout the weekly ads on your smartphone as well. This target has a Starbucks inside and does not accept Starbucks giftcards at this location. Their is a family bathroom and individual separate men's and women's bathrooms as well. It could be cleaner many times I've gone in and the trash is full and isn't tidy.

This is one of my favorite Targets. The people working here are pretty nice. The shelves are well stocked. The store is organized and clean. It's not a huge Target and they have only 1 entrance. They have free wifi so you can get on the Target app to find additional deals. ....| _ , , , - - , , _ , .../ , ` . - ' ` ' . _ - ; ; ; , _ ..| , a - ) ) _ . ; . I went into the North Aurora store for four small baskets, all the same. Stood in line very long time waiting, waiting, waiting. Lady in front of me had some type of an account issue and cashier had to get a lot of info. Meanwhile, two guys standing near express lane talking for a while decide to open and take two people behind me. Customers get through and they close express lane, continue talking, laughing while I am still standing there only a few feet from them. They are doing nothing. Then as more customers come behind me, they open express lane again and ask people behind me if they want to be helped over there. Meanwhile, STILL STANDING THERE!!!! I stood there for about 15-minutes. Between the two "yahoos" standing around doing nothing, talking and laughing and opening/closing the express lane at random and the cashier I had that was so unobservant and could not pay attention that I had four of the same thing and standing there for a long time (could have asked one of the "yahoos" to ring me up). Pissed. This is the EXACT reason Amazon is a "disruptor" and closing companies. I can bet Target will be next. I stood there watching everyone behind me being helped, while I stood there wondering why I just didn't order from Amazon using my Prime Membership.
