Excellent service!! I have ordered 5 sandwiches, As I was unable to stand those guys said me to sit and relax and they came near my table and took order. I was so happy the way they treated me is extraordinary great hospitality and the sandwiches are amazing just like them, will visit back again. Thank you

Ordered subway for lunch today, the sandwiches were dry, not cut. The sodas were not full and flat. I will not be ordering from this location again.

After just getting home and opening up my sandwich this is what it looked like. I payed nearly $15 for this. The quality has definitely gone down the drain.

Placed an order online and paid. Have receipt.Says they didn't get the order. called Owner, refused to fill the order and said to contact the bank and stop payment. That costs $$ to do a stop payment.Will never use them again. Jimmy Johns is much better.

This location never accepts coupons I get from Subway from my email. What is the point of getting coupons if the store won't accept them. Menu has been severely downsized so there are limited choices. Owner is rude and cheap.

North Aurora, randall road is where we go. Have to drive extra miles out of Aurora because the Subway near home is not fresh.

Great employees, but when the system went down for over 40 minutes and the manager (who wasn't even IN the store) insisted on us waiting to pay for our food, we just had to return the food and leave. Thanks for wasting our time. I've always had great experiences there, but this was the worst managing I have ever witnessed in any sort of food service.

My wife and have visited many Subways during the pandemic. Wonderful places. This particular one refused to chop a salad my wife ordered...which is a pretty common thing and what they normally do. It's listed on the menu as a "chopped salad". They cited "Concerns from Corona Virus" prevented them from chopping the salad. I explained to them all the Subways we had been going to had no problem and now that restrictions are being lifted this week it shouldn't be an issue. They still refused. We had just finished helping my son move and were hungry so grabbed a wrap instead. I filled out the survey and the owner Atul Wahi emailed me and basically said " I'm sorry...have a nice day. See you soon" No...we wont be back. There is no valid reason for not chopping a salad when your hands are all ready all over our food and at least 6 other Subways we have been to had no problem with it. I think businesses are using the virus as an excuse to cut services. The same reason why we couldn't use the bathroom there but we could go across the parking lot and use it at Speedway.

I come to this superb restaurant often because I enjoy the special air that is outline this place. The personel is awfuly friendly and professional. The service is absolutely fast. Also, the food you eat is excellent. I came many times and I was always happy. The pay is modest. I highly suggest this restaurant to to everybody.
