Asian lady who works at this location was very disrespectful 4/22/24 @ 1pm she has very poor customer service and when confronted about it, she did apologize, but this is the second time from now on I will be going across the street to the other gas station

Pumps are disgusting. It's been like that for many months already. Thankfully I do have a hand sanitizer, which I almost never use, but these buttons have a long-standing, caked-on grease dirt on them. Yuck! Can't see the numbers.

Should probably cleanup a bit at this place. I wonder how long it's been since these machines have been thoroughly cleaned. My guess is a year or two at least not very confident in getting any snacks or drink here unless its in a package or sealed container. People at counter are usually fairy nice thou..

I stopped here yesterday morning, 8/14/2023 at 8:50am, with my daughter to do a handoff with my ex, and while waiting, we decided to run in for some quick snacks. The staff that was working was unbelievable. All three women were the most friendly staff I have ever encountered. My daughter was all smiles while talking with them. Great, great customer service. Thank you ladies!!

This gas station has the best workers, food, and overall customer experience.I don’t know the lady’s name, but I think she’s a manager. She’s always working her butt off and helping the new employees and making sure everything is running smoothly. She’s the best.I don’t think I’ve ever left a review for a gas station, but this location deserves it!

I like this place and the people that work here, but I don't understand why a place that has a revenue stream of 30 million dollars a year can't spend some extra money for its customers to have a bathroom...this building has been here for thirty years, you've probably paid for it fifty times over...you can spend a little money and expand your bathroom to more than one? You be having whole crews of working people here every morning, one company comes here everyday with four trucks and 10 guys, they spend thousands a day on diesel...but speedway can't afford a price of porcelain for their customers...someone should mention Aurora to WaWa...

I always go there for gas great prices nice people great snacks if you're in a hurry or want lottery tickets. Put air in my tire there you need $2 in quarters to use it

Sorry to say this location has gone down hill ever since the company that owns 711 took over. The ice machine has been out for a week now. The speciality coffee machine most of the varieties have been out for two weeks now. The outside always is a litter field. It's a crap shoot if the hot sandwiches are available. And now the microwave is not working. Wonder how long this will be out!!!!Think I will start going to thortons...
