Had service done replacing exhaust manifolds on 2019 Ram. Mike in service department dealt with extended warranty company and repair was covered. I had appointment for 11:30 on Wednesday, dropped truck off Tuesday, Mike called at 12:30 Wednesday letting me know my truck was ready. I have dealt with many shops over the years with my vehicles thinking the dealer charges more. That was wrong, I will always bring my Ram for all service to Riverfront, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient!

I took my car for an oil change and also informed the tech of an issue of it stalling recently. I was told that with the point inspection if there is an issue it would show up. Well after an hour and forty minutes my car was done. I asked if all was good they said yes. They told me my car was parked to the right of the building. Well, I drove home, and the car stalled completely 2 times on Indian trail. I almost got hit two times. Had to have the car towed. Surprisingly this morning the mechanic called nd said the reason for the stalling was due to a bad fuel sensor and a battery with low voltage. After this information I called jeep and asked what was Che ked with the point inspection and the lady informed me that yes those items along with others would show up on the point inspection computer. Hmmm,did they even do the inspection or just lying about it. Never again

Service dept is great. Renee treats you like family. Extremely nice and helpful., Mike is very thorough and helpful. He’s my usual advisor there, They communicate well. I’ve also worked with keith when Mike was gone. He is the service manager I think. He went out of his way to correct some things on my jeep I thought would be an issue without me asking. I drive past two other dealerships since I’ve moved because they are far more helpful then other dealerships.

Purchasing a car through River Front was the easiest and best car buying experience of the last 10 cars I've purchased at other dealerships.The staff was friendly and as efficient as possible. I'd highly recommend them!

Sold me a new Jeep wrangler that the transmission had to be replaced within 4k miles. If that isn't bad enough, it took two more months to fix it. They blame "corporate" (Jeep), corporate doesn't respond or takes weeks to get through to. They even went so far as to say that they would call the police for a stolen car if we didn't return a rental car because they hadn't resolved an outstanding issue...call the police!!! Look at the other reviews! River Front Jeep and Chrysler/Jeep have horrible service with a sub par product. Think Bronco, they seem more reliable as both a car and corporation.

I am out of state and couldn't get to the dealership until the weekend to file the paperwork. So I thought my experience here was great but boy was I wrong. I purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee from a sales person named Steve. Upon having the vehicle over the weekend I noticed that whenever I shifted into reverse the car would jump slightly I let Steve know when I went back in to finish up some paperwork and he had the mechanic take a look he came back and said everything is perfectly fine. I took the car and a couple weeks later the issue was still happening and I was also experiencing some jumping whenever we would drive. I called again to make another appointment for the car to be looked over and they had the mechanic reset the transmission according to them the cars computer was trying to get used to the way I shifted. I took it and it was slightly better. Fast forward a couple weeks and it’s still not better called steve again and he states he will call me back never heard back. Called again a couple weeks later same thing now I’m stuck with a car that won’t shift into reverse and a dealership that won’t call me back. I can’t just go in there because the last time I was there I sat there for 4 hours while I should’ve been working. Avoid this place at all costs will be calling on Monday to speak with a manager and will update.

Used the express lane oil change at the local Jeep delear instead of where it was purchased. Rather than wait , they dropped me off at home so that I can carry on with various errands & them picked me up once the service was done. Super convenient, super quick, super easy.

So I try hard to give a business a chance before posting a negative review. I have been taking my car here for a year and a half. Oil changes, recommended service etc. Well I can tell you that not once have I left here and gotten the service I have paid for. From the first oil change when they didn't rotate my tires through to the oil change/spark plug service I most recently had where they didn't rotate the tires, give me an updated oil change sticker and I suspect never actually changed my oil though there it is on the bill. Either way for the money you have to dish out for "professional service" you shouldn't even have these as concerns, nor should I have to check my oil and tire pressures before I leave to ensure it was done. You will get a text from someone who claims to care about your concerns but as the many years of bad reviews will attest little if anything will be done about it. I liked the people I dealt with. Mike in the service department and the two ladies that take your money. But their good service can't get me past the fact that I can't trust their technicians with my jeep. So long river front.

I had an exceptional experience purchasing a new Dodge Challenger from River Front. Vanessa, Faith, and Dave were incredibly helpful answering all of my questions. They quickly found the exact vehicle I was looking to purchase - color, options, etc - and were able to save me some time and money in the process. Dan did a great job of working with me on my trade, going over all of the Challenger's features, and ensuring I was completely satisfied with the vehicle. Brought my $60000 truck in for some recalls, and a few other concerns including a front suspension problem concern.. After being told by service that the truck would be thoroughly checked out it was returned to me with "no problem found". The front end issue was still evident, and after checking the truck myself I found and replaced 3 bad leaking shocks, and a bad steering stabilizer which made the truck dangerously unstable and dangerous to drive, my brake fluid was also low! I don't believe service even racked the truck and inspected it, i believe they drove it down the street and determined it was "fine" with never actually inspecting anything! I will never bring my vehicles back to river front, nor will i ever buy from you again!

A unified team that made me feel welcomed and appreciated. This team put forth a great effort to identity my issue with my truck locks, and rather than giving an assumption they diagnosed the issue and resolved it. My advisor, Dominic was knowledgeable about my circumstance and made sure to cross check for unforeseen problems. The manager made sure that nothing more was missed, and they delivered my truck back to me with all concerns addressed.It’s truly a new day at this dealer, who once struggled and lacked empathy for their customers. But after my visit today, I’ll be sure to return with any vehicle that I have which needs service.

Ilene help me find my first car, she’s really patient and great with explaining how the car works, warranties, and with financing/payments. They really attentive also on how customers receive their car like making sure it’s washed and has a full tank of gas?I definitely recommend seeing Ilene from River Front Jeep!

From the beginning of my purchase to finance than to service I have had nothing but superb customer service . I bought my JGCL Overland late last year from Rob. Great Salesman ! Relaxed and not pushy ! Then we went to Vinnie for finance ! He is amazing and very knowledgeable! The Service has been outstanding . From Renee, whichever Tech and Advisor recently worked on my truck really knew Jeep . Along with Mike N . Service manager always keeping me updated and assured me it would be fixed correctly . My truck is like brand new ! They even gave me a loaner . They are always answering the phone and returning voicemails right away . We will be back to buy another for the hubby when he is ready . Thank you for your outstanding Customer Service !
