Brought my mini golden doodle for an ear infection. They were so quick and kind! I had my two young kids with me and our dog and they assisted me in getting everyone in the room and were so patient with us. They got us in and out with everything we needed for our pup and his ear is on the mend. Highly recommend!

I totally love this place. We used to live in Batavia so it was convenient to go there now we live in Oswego so it’s a little bit further of a drive but every time we go in there, they are so nice. The receptionist was fabulous. The tech was amazing and the vet was also amazing. Everyone was just so sweet and kind and caring And I couldn’t ask for better service. Definitely I would give you a six out of five I would say an 11 out of 10, but you guys only offer five stars great job you guys thank you so much for everything that you did for Penelope.

Tried to give this place a second chance but they’re very unhelpful and from my first negative experience there a couple years ago, I can safely say, this is not somewhere you want to go. Reading the other negative reviews confirms it.

I had an appointment for Monday morning, I called to cancel since my furry friend was feeling better and a visit was no longer needed. They said there was a cancellation fee, since I didn’t give a 24 hr notice. I asked how much since this was the first time I’ve heard of this, and it was the same price as the dr visit!! If that’s the case I would just keep the appointment since either way I would be wasting money. Since they’re closed on Sunday, it’s a little hard to call and cancel, but apparently my husband did try to call and left a message to cancel, which they claimed they didn’t receive. After 3 years of coming, I’ve never seen or read anything about a so called “cancellation policy” that Kyle stated was on their website, which I looked and found nothing. If this is the rule you’re trying to enforce, maybe you should state this upon making the appointment. Life happens, situations change. Yet with this economy, this place seems to be inconsiderate of that. After this incident, I’ll be taking my fur baby somewhere else to get treated.

Love Randall Orchard Crossing Animal Hospital the staff is amazing and the doctors are amazing too. They listen to all my concerns and truly care for our fur babies. Highly recommend this place to anybody!

Sweet and caring staff and doctor. Dr. McCarthy did a health certificate for both of my dogs. She was gentle and thorough. Everything was explained clearly to me to help make a plan for the future of my girls’ pain management. This was the best vet visit I’ve ever been to. I hope she practices for many, many years and that everyone that gets a chance to meet her.
