This is a great pizza Hut every time we order whether we pick it up or have it delivered, the people are nice the pizzas awesome and it's hot when it's delivered.

VERY DISAPPOINTED at the return of the New Yorker! This is a blanket comment and not one of a specific location. It tastes like the regular pizza. If I wanted that, I would have ordered that! I loved the previous crust , taste of the sauce, and pepperoni of the original New Yorker much better. I won't order this again.

Horrible experience. Food was delivered 45 minutes late. Work meeting was basically over. Wouldn't provide a refund. Incredibly rude when trying to get it rectified.

From the moment you come to this restaurant team give you a pleasant feeling. Very courteous waiters, it is a happy place to pass time with friends and colleagues or with your date. tasty cooking, specialist chef de cuisine, decent pay and courteous service. Highly recommended.

This place is ill managed and 50/50 they will get your order right. I used to live in Elmhurst and never an issue during the 7 yrs I lived there so I think I can speak with some expertise on what right can look like and the Aurora Lou's is not it. The hot mess in Aurora is just that. Fat chance they will get it right. Boycott or bypass the Aurora store as it's just not worth it. Not sure why they can't figure it out but I for one I won't waste my money at this one. Lou you need to hire a manager, not just another booger eater called a manger!

Horrible experience at my local Pizza Hut that I have patronized for 10 years. Ordered two stuffed crust pizzas (carry out) that were absolutely horrible! Crust was badly undercooked and had almost no cheese inside. Pizza dough was stretched so thin that it crunched like a taco shell. When I called to complain, employee Sasha was rude and told me that I had to drive back to the store with the uneaten pizza and that they would only pro-rate a refund based upon how much of the pizza we had managed to choke down. Like most customers, I am happy to forgive the occasional mistake if the business apologizes for the bad experience and makes it right. I was a regular customer for 10 years. Now I will never go back. Congratulations Pizza Hut; you managed to keep my $10, but lost my business forever.

I got a highly overpriced medium pizza that was very poor in quality. Pepperoni was almost charcoal and had no flavor.

We ordered a large pizza with only pepperoni today (a Tuesday) and chicken wings. We ordered it at 1:19pm (so not a super busy time like dinner) the email confirmation said it would take around 28-40 minutes to get to us. We live less than 15 minutes (3miles) from this Pizza Hut we ordered from. We live in a big house with numbers on the house as well as mail box. The pizza didn't get here until 2:20pm . When the lady got to the door she stunk like cigarettes and had cigarette burns in her shirt!!She said she couldn't find our house - or the last house she delivered to that's why she was so late. She was disheveled and gross. Smelt terrible like stale cigarettes . She gave us our pizza which was cold obviously. And the box stunk like cigarettes. No shock since she was most likely smoking in the car while she was late delivering our cold pizza. We ate none of the pizza tossed it out . It was dried out I assume from sitting on her seat for god knows how long. I don't expect 5 star service when I order fast food but I do expect a delivery driver who knows her way around! It's 2018 she doesn't have gps?! Our subdivision is old so it's on the map and pops up in gps. So no excuse why you couldn't find our house. And being late is one thing but showing up stinking like cigarettes and having cigarette burns in your shirt ?! Eww you're handling food. What kind of manager at pizza hut would let an employee walk out like that?

Do not order or eat at this location. They hire racist negligent driver's who actually swear at you and take over an hour to deliver your food. In addition, the manager's are some of the worst examples of customer service I have ever seen. Hanging up on customers, lying to them, this is definitely a store that doesn't need to be in business. I'll never eat here again. No company should ever allow this form of behavior. If Starbucks can't get away with it, why should pizza hut???

I like Pizza Hut overall but I never have a good experience with this location. Friday night I called in an order for delivery, they said it would be 25-30 minutes. After an hour and ten minutes I called to check on my order, they said it just left and is on the way. 45 minutes later I called and cancelled my order as it still hasn't showed up. Guy was apologetic but overall they are clueless at this location. Made no attempt to make it right or even a logical explanation of how this happens. Pizza usually shows up cold and apparently now sometimes not at all.

It took almost one and a half hours to get my delivery even when the website said 28-38 minutes. I tried calling the place, but kept getting bounced around, hung up on, or placed on hold until I received a busy signal. When the driver arrived, she just said that they were understaffed. If you can't handle a busy night at least say how long it's going to take or call and let me know what's going on. This isn't a first time offender, and now you have lost a customer. You probably don't care about losing a customer, but there you are.

Ordered food and came a little slow, but the lady who delivered (should of got her name sorry) it was very polite and kind along with the manager (Lance). Hope to continue doing business. Thank you!

Pizza ordered for carry out was hot, cooked correctly and completed on time. Everything we ordered was correct. Not understanding the bad reviews - maybe there is new ownership or new/better employees? Or perhaps people should realize this is a carry out PIZZA HUT - this is not specialty pizza like Lou Malnati's. You get what you pay for.

Execllent customer service. I called to change an online order & it was EASY & accomplished. The delivery people are efficient and charming. This is a goto for us!
