Dr. G is amazing and so is the staff ! Very prompt service clean atmosphere and the best bedside manner I have found in 15 years for my bunny. For exotic vet with a highly trained doctor the prices are very reasonable here. I've been to almost every exotic vet in Illinois this is by far the best vet for bunnies!

Dr. Sage found the right meds to make my Penny be able to see again! She had been blinded with a chemical sprayed in her eyes by a horrible person! I had 2 HORRIBLE experiences with a local vet not properly diagnosing & thus 2 of my babies passed. So when Penny's foster mom took her to Dr. Sage, it was a no Brainerd for me to also bring my Susie her too! ALL staff are wonderful! I HIGHLY recommend!

Dr. Ammon is the BEST! So caring. And never tries to "up-sell" or recommend anything not necessary. I LOVE Animal House. Today, my bill was under $100 - at my last vet, I never left with a bill less than $300. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ammon and Animal House!

It's so obvious how much the entire staff loves animals. The kindness and compassion they showed us when we had to put down our 14 year old Bichon...I cannot put into words what it meant to us. Thank you so much to Dr. Sage and all the staff at Animal House.

The process, experience, and care couldn't have been any better. The staff were very sweet and personable and took good care of my cat as they took him in. Dr Sage came out after he inspected my buddy, and not only is he kind and professional, he's caring and honest. I had really a great experience, my first at this vet, and would absolutely recommend.

What an amazing experience at Animal House. I first found them when I was looking for an urgent appointment for my dog. They were the only local office that were available to see a new pet on an urgent basis on that day. That gave me such comfort and relief knowing that she was going to be seen. The staff did such an amazing job and put me at ease. My dog was initially seen by Dr. Griffith and she provided a lot of helpful information and did thorough exam for her. A few days later I was in need of having my dogs in again and they were quick to have her come in that same day and she was treated by Dr. Sage. Dr. Sage did an amazing job keeping me informed and giving me as much information as possible. She was referred to a specialist. After my specialist visit, Dr. Sage gave me a call to follow up and let me know that he had received the report from the specialist and wanted me to know that they were available in case anything else came up and we needed their services. It's so rare to find a veterinarian who does postop calls just to let you know they've received the specialist information and to reassure you that they are there should your pet need any of their services. I was truly blown away and impressed at how caring and attentive their entire team was. I am so glad I found their office. I would definitely recommend them for your pets care.

Great place. Good customer and animal service. The pricing is fair and they realize people live on a budget. I was able to get both dogs and a cat's yearly shots and examines for what one pet cost at another local facility. Definitely recommend.

Excellent service!!! During this challenging time of our stay at home order and social distancing, one of our kitties was experiencing discomfort and needed treatment. We took her to Animal House and they were absolutely wonderful! Upon our arrival, we spoke, via phone, to the technician and described the issues. She came out and picked up our cat. About 35 minutes later, we recieved a call from the vet, Dr Gebhard, and she patiently explained the procedure she did and answered all our questions. She was so kind because we know our kitty is very fiesty and we are sure she was quite a handful. We HIGHLY recommend this amazing facility....and team....for all your petcare needs!

I've used Animal House for 16 years now. Both Dr Sage and Dr Ammon are my favorites. The entire team treats my pets as they would treat their own. Additionally, they are knowledgeable, answer all my questions and help me understand what may be going on. I would recommend to anyone!
