Disappointed! Never even made it to the salon. Called several times but NO one ever answers the phone. Received one text. They didn't even say who they were or where they were from, just time available. The day of appointment they texed to change appointment time and day. Horrible communication

Lauren definitely has some skills, but overbooking, and a lack of communication on the subject of hair, lead to her making bad decisions with highlights, which did substantial damage to my hair, and created an unwanted appearance, that I had to fix by cutting my hair off. Whenever I need my hair looking spiffy I look no further than this salon that's only a mile or so from home. Excellent, friendly service, not to mention that the haircuts I get are AMAZING! I used to hate my hair but Kathy made me love my hair. I love coming here every so often and getting my hair done. Top-notch job!

I drive from Chicago to have Kathy do my hair... needless to say it's worth it. The salon is warm and welcoming. Kathy is beyond talented and I always leave in love with my hair.

Pontus is amazing! She did a fantastic job on my hair and brought it back to life! Weight loss and medications made my hair so thin I didn’t think it could be saved! I highly recommend Pontus and Hidden Beauty Salon! Very relaxing and friendly environment.
