Went to go look at truck, wasn’t expecting to really leave with anything that was until Andre helped me out. He made me feel comfortable as soon as he approached me. It was my first time ever going into a dealership and the process was really smooth, he helped me through everything and I ended up leaving with my truck! Would definitely recommend Andre to my friends and family !!

Great experience with service department, came in for an oil change and almost purchased a new car with the Subaru Trade Up program due to a really wonderful young salesman who contacted me via phone and asked politely if I would be willing to talk to him about the possibility. However, I had the terrible misfortune to be introduced to his manager Ryan I believe his name was who I was later told is the head of used car sales. His ridiculous high-pressure sales tactics were disrespectful and insulting and reflect horribly on this dealership and Subaru as a whole. "The Subaru Love Promise is our vision to show love and respect to all people at every interaction with Subaru." Yeah right...

I highly recommend Gerald Subaru of North Aurora! I have bought 2 vehicles from there and have had an amazing experience both times! Both Denzel Valenti and Devin Nurse were fantastic and fun to work with! I would recommend any of my family and friends to go there.

Danny was great! CEL are always worrisome but he was very detailed and thorough with the diagnostics as well as the inspection items. My car was pretty much in and out! Road test and car wash included! I’ll definitely be back to work with Danny. Please extend my appreciation to the mechanic as well!!

This has been hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.
PeterF was great to work with. He took his time and I never felt rushed. Drove 2 cars twice each, then we did one more ride so I could be certain.
The dealership is very clean and everyone is nice.
If that wasn’t enough, they’re grilling burgers and I had two and a Pepsi. All that AND a bag of chips.
PeterF broke the mold for what I’ve historically thought about a car salesperson.
Again, just a very enjoyable experience.
