My Fender amp was crackling and making awful noises. I received great service and outstanding information. My amp sounds better than when I purchased it new. Incredible service and outstanding selection of guitars and vintage amplifiers. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience at Cremer’s yesterday! Came in without an appointment to have my Martin’s action looked at and the owner, Rick, fixed it on the spot for a very affordable price! There’s also a lot of incredible guitars in this store. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Have been playing for 40 years and maintaining my own guitars the entire time. Came time for a refret on a guitar I've owned since the late 80's and a crown/leveling on another I've played since the 90's. Took a lot of trust to leave those guitars in another's hands, and I am so happy I did. Rick did excellent work on both. A true master craftsman.

Very knowledgeable staff. I trusted him to appraise and adjust setups on guitars I've played since the mid 60s.. who knew truss rods would become completely loose after only 50 years? He setup/adjusted my guitars to better than new.

Rick was super helpful and personable during my visit in January. As a beginner to classical guitar, I had some questions about my instrument that he was happy to answer and even showed me how to change a string. Prices seem very reasonable. I feel like I have my new go-to guitar guy!
