“I made my appointment on Thursday for new tires to be installed Saturday. After install, I paid for an alignment due to the specks after putting the new tires on. The staff was friendly and the waiting room was clean. I came in with a wheel sensor warning light that came on after being at the dealer. The techs ran the test and everything was okay which is opposite of what the dealer was telling me. Michael, the manager, ran a second diagnostics just to verify what the techs found for both of our peace of mind. Everything came back good and they were able to reset the warning light. Michael has been in the industry a long time and was super knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location if you’re in need of services on your car.”

I continually made sure they knew about this from the quote to their periodic updates (which were greatly appreciated!) and at pickup. However, since they sent the car to a contractor, they tossed the $350.00 tire...UPDATE: As their reply stated, their GM Jaime did contact me.
