They went up on my annual landlord policy by $3500. My new company quoted me $2100 for more coverage. Never had a claim in 18 years with Allstate.

Worst company I have ever worked with! Calvin Hupp won't return phone calls, my claim for hail damage is a farce and no one at their office helps, do not use them.

I have worked for the Hupps for over a year now. They have proven to be a fine family to work with and for. They are understanding people who care about the product they provide as well as the people they work with. As an employee, they were understanding while I had COVID-19, as well as when I missed work for months due to medical issues. They've given me a chance to thrive in a new area of sales, and I am so glad I applied and have a spot here. I enjoy coming to work. And plan to be a part of their team for many more years to come.

I really enjoy working with the Hupp Family, Allstate. They are always very professional and easy to work with. I have switched my Renters Insurance because they were they best people in town. Also they are gathering information for me to take out Life Insurance threw them, so that when I retired I will not have to worry about a thing because Allstate and the Hupp Family will have me all set. I even got my dad to switch companies, for his Car and Renters Insurance, that shows good they are and how well they treat people

Calvin is, fair, patient, professional and most importantly, respectful with his customers and employees.Calvin has a sports background that makes the work atmosphere competitive, but extremely fun! I worked here for a week and this is a horrible place to work. The man in charge doesn’t have very good communication skills and has no idea how to coach or train. All the salesmen do is make cold calls all day and the leads are prehistoric. The only leads you’ll have the chance to get are your own that are generated through friends and family. Never ever work here. He degrades one of his senior citizen employees to show dominance in the work place. He now refuses to pay me because I left. He told me training was paid and I endured that sufferance and now when I contact him for my pay he states we discussed that training was non paid but that’s not true. Calvin has shown the most unprofessionalism I have ever seen. He doesn’t care about employees. He generated leads by hiring people taking the leads they give and then doesn’t show up when it’s time to turn people into a salesmen.

Calvin and Nicole Hupp are amazing agents. Allstate should be proud! They saved me tons of money on my home and auto insurance, which I was able to get better coverage with my life insurance. I referred them to my family members and friends. They were always available. Even on the weekends. My aunt was able to save so much money, she put a new roof on her house. That also saved her money on her home owners insurance. Double bonus! True story!
