I have a VERY well mannered and trained female lhasa. I dropped her off to be trimmed. My husband picked her up. Later that evening we found MANY deep cuts around our fur baby's neck. Kathy never said a word about cutting her as badly as she was cut. It's been 2 years today since my little baby has been to this awful groomer. My fur baby has never been cut up again since we stopped taking her to Edward scissor hands. This lady , no, person , shouldn't even have a license to groom animals.

I have been taking my 2 poodles to Au Natural for years. They (owners) always listen attentively, and never disappoint. I drop a dog or two off and come back in a few hours, and it works out great. They always go the extra mile, no matter what it is. My dogs are treated very very well, which is very important. Owners have many years of experience & they slay! I would highly recommend Au Natural.

This was our first time bringing our two dogs to a new location after our groomer closed her shop. Since one of our dogs is an anxious rescue we were apprehensive finding a new groomer, especially close to home. Cathy and her staff did an amazing job on our girls! April and Marley look adorable with their new cuts. Thank you for making the grooming less stressful on our girls.

Excellent jobWe took our 8 months old miniature Schnauzer "Matilda" to get groomed. She looks gorgeous, and came back home not stressed at all. Definitely we will come back.

This place did an amazing job with my pomeranian Bailey. It was our first time and absolutely love it. The staff are really nice and I was able to get an appt in a timely manner. Great job.

After getting my cat groomed there my cat wasn’t the same and took to the veterinarian and said my cat was traumatized. Today my cat passed away because of the stress. Don’t take your cat there.
