I am absolutely livid and utterly disappointed with the horrendous experience I had at this salon yesterday. I walked in hoping for a simple color touch-up and trim, but what I got was a complete disaster. Firstly, let's talk about the color. I specifically asked for my blonde highlights to be maintained, but instead, I ended up with a ghastly light brown mess with undertones of gray. I look like I've aged twenty years overnight! It's beyond horrible.
As if that wasn't bad enough, the haircut I received was an absolute joke. It's so uneven that it looks like I attempted to trim my own hair blindfolded. And to add insult to injury, I was charged a whopping $200 for this catastrophe.
I am so furious that I'm heading to another hairdresser today in the hopes of salvaging what's left of my hair before my upcoming vacation in 10 days. But the damage has been done, and I am left feeling incredibly upset and regretful that I ever set foot in this salon.
Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place like the plague. And if by some stroke of misfortune you end up in Olivia's chair, run for the hills. This salon and Olivia have earned themselves a solid spot on my blacklist.
I demand a full refund for the abysmal service I received!

This was a horrible salon. I suggested a haircut, and this was my first time at the salon, I should’ve went to the salon I always go to. I entered the building for a walk in, they were super nice but the second I sat down and they started cutting my hair, they were cutting more hair than I wanted. I wanted the wolf cut and I got really bad result's. I do not suggest coming here for a wolf cut, they didn’t make the curtain bangs right at all, the layers were ok and they cut some of my hair off even tho I didn’t ask for that. I can’t believe how wrong they did me. Never come here for a wolf cut. This was so bad but I didn’t even want. At this point it’s just a whole nother hairstyle, and 61 dollars for this. This is outrageous and horrible. I put the reference but my hair looks nothing like that.

I highly recommend this hair salon! Ewelina, who works there , and I am has been her client for years, does my hair like no one else. when I moved and tried to go somewhere else I was never happy with the service. Ewelina had to work on my hair for a long time to get it tidy! ❤️ Very nice atmosphere and the girls are great. Thank You ??

Excellent service and great place! The staff is very friendly and professional.I highly recommend Emilka! She is the best hair stylist I’ve never met. I love the way she treats and dyes my hair. I used to struggle from a scalp allergy for months. Her scalp care tips were very helpful. I’m free from any scalp allergies now. Emilka is the best! ♥️I always leave that place very satisfied!

The team at ZigZag studio is exceptional! I have been coming to see Olivia for about few months now. My previous hair stylist changed her location and it was too far for me to see her once a month.I am extremely happy with ZigZag. The stuff is very friendly, professional and always up to date with the latest trends. The atmosphere at the salon is very welcoming and relaxing. I am always offered a cup of coffee, water or some refreshments.Ever since I have started coming to ZigZag, I have received many compliments from my friends asking what I do with my hair because it looks healthy.Today I asked Olivia to cut my hair short up to my neckline. Sort of a longer bob. We talked this through, first. She recommended the exact length and was very knowledgeable about the cut. It made me feel comfortable knowing Olivia doesn’t just do what you ask her to do.
